The Answer was blended and roasted for you by Cat & Cloud Coffee. Cat & Cloud's flagship blend does double duty, tasting amazing as both brewed coffee and prepared as espresso. Three distinct origins make this an incredibly intricate yet beautifully balanced cup with notes of berries, semisweet chocolate, and caramel.
Delicious and complex. Could be brewed very "heavy."
Rajal and Dhara
One of our favorites
Really enjoyed this blend. Complex, yet smooth for an enjoyable breakfast cup.
Made with drip and pre-ground beans.
Decent coffee. Not bad, but not memorable. A little darker of a profile than expecting. Brewed best with a Melitta pour over, 16 grind on Virtuoso, 200 degrees.
It's very soft, no bright acidity, though I like both styles. The flavors are a very tasty balance. I can't pick anything out, but I love the combination, more like a stew than a salad.
Good coffee - good flavors // balanced
Slightly acidic for my taste and doesn't work well with cold brewing
There's a sharp taste (not acid) that I'm not a huge fan of here. I'm not sure whether it is a lack of sweetness or something else. Still drinkable, just not my preference.
Knew this was going to be delicious from the moment I opened the bag. Brewed with V60, FP, and as espresso. Very happy with the results!
I guess I'm not a fan of the berry taste, but its definitely not bad.
I didn’t find the notes as pronounced as other bags. Seemed a bit “flat”. Hard to dial in and never reached a solid cup.
Decent nuance in flavor. A bit darker roast than I prefer.
Great. Love the flavor and smoothness
Awesome. This one and their other dark roast are the BEST
I really enjoyed this one too. It seems that I may not understand my taste as well as I think. Anyways, if you have interesting coffees with very different tastes regardless of roast, I'd love to try it. Thank you!
Pretty good. Not my favorite of all of them, but a solid choice. I picked it for the label honestly. I wasnt disappointed.
Too spicy or something, not as smooth as I like.
Very nice flavor, with juicy berries and subtle chocolate. I wasn't expecting a "light roast" to taste this good!
This was good not great. It didn't really stand out from what I can get from counter culture at the grocery store. Balanced, nice cup. But overall lacked a depth of flavor.
This was rather good I was surprised as I didn't know how I'd feel about the Berries but it was a nice mix with the chocolate and the well balanced roasting.
Not as flavorful as I was hoping.
one of my top 5 favorites
Best one yet. Love the fruitiness of this one.
Good, even handed coffee. Very versatile.
This one was better the older it was. Had a hard time getting it right, but when I did, it was really really good, especially as it cooled.
Very balanced and enjoyable! I could definitely taste the berries in this coffee. No bitterness, quite smooth
Didn’t really shine to me. It was good not great. Berry flavor didn’t really punch, and chocolate didn’t really stick out either.
Chocolately and nutty. Not as smooth or bright as others
love the complexity of this one- I've been trying to keep my brews really consistent and I keep tasting new things
nah. not for me.
had to play with a finer grind to get the flavor out of this one
Very good for V60
Really good! Nice and fruity.
Really solid blend. Nice and balanced with smooth body. Love the hints of fruit from the natural processed beans in the blend. Just the right amount of something else/that deeper layer.
Aromatic and flavorful. One of the best in awhile. I want more like this.
Very good. More like this one and the last one, please!
