This is the Antithesis Blend brought to you by Ceremony Coffee Roasters. This blend offers a medium roast profile introducing roast characteristics not found in Ceremony's other offerings. This cup is rich and round, with notes of dark chocolate, walnuts and blackstrap molasses.

Great blend of coffee. Presented with a nuanced palate including a nutty nose, and a chocolaty body with hints of spices. Was a tad finicky to extract; the V60 provided more control than the Kalita Wave and resulted in a more fine-tuned. deeper body. Good mouthfeel from immersion extraction methods as well. Will definitely order again.

I did not enjoy this coffee because it is supposed to a dark nutty flavor but it was very light and it had a citrusy after taste.

Very good. Possibly "excellent" but I'm saving that rating for a coffee that blows my mind. The aroma on this is definitely excellent.
Tasty! Slightly earthy? Dark but not too dark. Was delicious in Aeropress, pour over, and cold brew. Definitely not fruity, tangy, or bright - and I appreciate that. I would definitely recommend the Antithesis Blend.

I really enjoyed this coffee, especially when I made espresso. It was bolder and more complex than Ladro's Queen Anne, with a slight bite to it, not as sweet. To me, it wasn't as smooth as the Queen Anne, but I still really liked it.

Great coffee! It's a little darker than I usually drink but I really liked it. I brewed it as both a pour over and a cold brew and both were great. And I could taste the chocolate! Will definitely get this one again.

I enjoy to chocolate in this coffee it really comes through. I like the roast profile it is a nice balance not too dark nor too light. This one I have been brewing in my aero press. Have not used as an espresso.

Rated 3.5 stars. Not sure about the nut flavors in this one. Not terrible, but not a favorite roast. The burnt notes came forward in this blend. Coffee bean color was lighter than expected.

I really like the smoothness and flavor of this bean. I would maybe prefer a bit stronger/darker. I've been having to use more beans than I normally would for my French press, in order to make it strong enough.

I sensed baker's chocolate and nutty notes when I open the pouch of this chestnut-brown blend. I found the taste to be more on the acidic side than I typically enjoy, but still found the flavor to be bold and rich. It was worth trying, but this would not be top of my list of order again.
