This coffee will be fresh roasted for you. We expect Topeca Coffee Roasters will roast and ship this coffee in 1-2 business days depending on their roasting schedule.
This is the Zingo Espresso brought to you by Topeca Coffee Roasters. This is an espresso blend of coffees from Brazil, El Salvador, Ethiopia and Sumatra. In the cup, this espresso is chocolatey, sweet, and just a little fruity.
Close to a 5 star but not quite. Love the funk of natural process, the chocolate and body are nice, has some indistinct acidity at times that doesn't help or hinder the espresso, but I ultimately found the flavors a bit too round and indistinct. I was quite happy to drink it daily, though.
Very close to what I’m looking for
This was a good solid coffee. I liked it.
I could see how people who are into French roast might really like this, but it's a bit too dark and somewhat like an ashtray for me.
Definitely fruity, but lacking in body and crema for espresso. Not my favorite.
Lower acidity, milder taste, Vibrant berry/fruit flavor, pairs well with low volume milk drinks. 5 F-G grind, 19g in 38g out 29s. Flavor waned the second week open in airtight container.
One my favorite coffees from MistoBox. Excellent balance between fruity and comforting flavors. Blackberries are distinct with hints of chocolate towards the end
19g in 40 out in 30 seconds just like they recommend.
You definitely taste the fruity and chocolate. I just don’t particularly like the fruity aspects. It wasn’t bad just not my favorite.
I like this coffee a lot but the nuttier varieties in the past were my favorite :)
Topeca Zingo is very good. Definitely chocolate in the flavor. A slightly bitter finish, but maybe my grind was too fine this time -- but I had to make it pretty fine to control the pour. Pull time stayed consistent through the bag. Some splattering, which I assume is due to channelling, maybe caused by a slightly dryer bean.
Perhaps it was because this coffee came after the Idido, but it wasn't near as delicious or nuanced.
Outstanding darker roast without being bitter or burnt. A real combination between chocolate and fruit
Would order again. Most of the guys at the office loved it.
So dry. I couldn’t even extract coffee from these beans. These were terrible and I would like a replacement if possible
This coffee is one of the best I have tried. Excellent balance for Lattes.
Rich flavor. Not bitter. Very good.
This is definitely the kind of Espresso that I love! A classic European Espresso base of rich dark chocolate, with modern twist on the finish with a Blackberry burst! Each extraction gets better and better! Well done Topeca!

Amazing smooth flavor bursting with blackberry notes. Such a wonderful cup of coffee
I'd like to have coffees like this picked more often, but perhaps in a lighter roast...notes of chocolate and fruit were evident.
Fruity is right! And not just a little, in my experience. It was fruity right out of the grinder. Dark chocolate, and brown sugar brought more body into my latte. One of my favorites that will be added back to the queue.
Definitely chocolatey and a bit juicy/tangy on the finish. Great as an espresso base!
Very enjoyable, the richness was great
Not great. Couldn't get a lot of flavor from these shots. A bit boring.
I had greater expectations for this one, since it's gotten a ton of great reviews. This one is just not in my taste profile.
Exactly like the state
Wasn't very impressed.
All three notes come out super strong when shot was pulled with my espresso machine. Would definitely order again.
Really liked the prominent berry flavors.
Dark chocolate flavor with a bit of fruity notes brewed in French press for a pleasant medium roast cup of coffee.
I think the tasting notes got it right and in that order. I didn't find it overly sweet, it's smooth and enjoyable.
Excellent coffee. A little citrus at the end.
So far one of our very favorite coffees.
For some reason, we did not like this espresso near as much as the Onyx Ozark Copper you first sent us. It tasted bitter and required a flavoring added to the latte. When we make lattes, we'd like to do a flat white. I'm only rating it two stars because you are trying to help us find the right coffee for us! Thank you for your help!
This is a delicious espresso, with aromas of buttery pastries, chocolate, and fruity berries. The first few times I ran it through the espresso machine I picked up on buttery blueberry muffins, which was very strong and welcome. I have not been able to get that flavor since, but overall a really unique bean, highly recommend.
VERY smooth. Simple in taste profile, but super enjoyable. The caffeine content was just right for me, too... not super intense.
I think the description is spot on - chocolatey and a little fruity. Body is medium and so far pulls have been consistent
Update 6/10/2019: really pulling well. Great body.
I got a few good shots out of this one. Mostly picked up chocolate and nuts, but there was a hint of blackberry. This one was a bit hard because there were random shots that would choke my machine, or need a finer grind. I had to keep adjusting the grind/ tamp which doesn't usually happen. It was also easy for me to make these on the bitter side- that's a personal issue, have to work on fine tuning that for this coffee. Not bad overall.
Very mild, almost disappears in a single shot latte
Not a fan of blends, as I thought I specified in my preferences. I also usually favor lighter coffees.
This makes a killer pour over. Chocolatey and really smooth. One of my favorite deliveries ever!
I like this coffee! The flavor profile is really enjoyable because it's so well-rounded. I'm always looking forward to the next sip from my mug. :)
Wasn't impressed with this espresso blend.
Tasted great, flavor was mild but to be expected. Delicous
LOVE this one :)
Pretty good espresso. Also good as a drip. The berry is very prevelent.
I like this one, dark chocolate notes and gingerbread cookies were the stand out flavors i picked up. I will purchase this one again! *pulled from a La Pavoni Romantica
Maybe I just caught the beans on a good day, but this is a complex blend and it packs a punch. Four different coffees from four different regions (using four different processes!) are combined, and somehow the folks at Topeca made a coherent coffee out of it. It's tough to pick out all the nuances, but I was impressed enough by the first shot out of the Breville to give this one five stars. Strongly recommended.
Love this one. It is like a fine wine it is so good.
