Amazing coffee. If you have something like this for Chemex, could be great. Full-bodied, creamy and interesting. My wife also loves flowers these days, so it could also be something fresh.

I had a really hard time pulling a shot out of this that i liked. I played around with some extended preinfusions and by the end of the bag i finally found a recipe that i liked. I wouldn't mind trying it again.

Unanimous decision amongst all those that tried it; grotesque. Over roasted, brunt, smoky, charred. Simply undrinkable irrespective of straight, with chocolate or with an excess of milk.

Not to our liking. I'm not very fancy with words, however made our milk coffees taste as though the milk was bad. Espresso was average.

I tried really hard to like this one. It has a constant bitter metallic note that I couldn't shake no matter how I changed up the shot. I remember not being over the moon about the other Panther coffee I tried from 2.5 years ago. I almost gave this one four stars because it's ok with milk, but that wouldn't be fair to all the other coffees that are also great as straight espresso. This one was a bit of a miss for me.

The smell reminds me of peanut butter and jelly for some reason. "consistently sweet and balanced" is pretty accurate I would say.

A little less bright than my normal pick for espresso but at the same time nice to not always have a high acidity tongue twister first thing in the morning :) Nice orange and cascara notes from this one.

I enjoyed this coffee. It cuts through milk very well. Without milk, this coffee produces a well balanced shot that has a stone fruit sweetness. In many ways, it reminds me of Intelligentsia's black cat espresso

It was really good coffee, but I'm looking for something less chocolatey and intense.

Really enjoy this one so far. It has a bit of brightness that doesn't usually work well with milk but the black cherry notes help it out in the milk mix.

This espresso has been great, on the darker, nuttier side and pretty reliable shots pulled on my Breville Barista Express. Good with milk too

A bit acidic (which I like) but for me there wasn't a lot there. A tad one dimensional. Probably something I would not purchase again.

Delicious on its own but a little light for my purposes. I tend to make lattes and there wasn't a lot of flavor to stand up to the milk, it got lost in the preparation.

A very nice espresso. Could be tricky to dial in, and tend toward the bitter side. Really excellent rich espresso when pulled well.

Superb espresso drink beans. Double shot cappuccino (or just cappuccino to the well informed) is our go to drink. The roast was on the lighter side of dark roast which gave a great caramel taste without the burnt flavor.
