This is the Indigo brought to you by Colectivo Coffee. As the birthplace of coffee Ethiopia also is the ancestral home of the natural process, in which ripe coffee cherries are picked and dried without first removing the skin and pulp. This method imparts an intense fruitiness to the roasted coffee. Colectivo created Indigo to showcase the hallmark blueberry notes found in a natural Ethiopia. Featuring flavors of dark chocolate, mixed berries, and baking spices, this blend is well-balanced, sweet, and juicy.

Haven’t gotten the coffee yet but they waited 2 days to actually ship the coffee. This causes all shipments after to come too soon.

Was there any particular reason I received the same bag two deliveries in a row? If it was the lack of review for the first delivery, I apologize! I also apologize for not recognizing the fact the brew queue listed the same coffee as before. The coffee is wonderful, and I love your service for the high quality and variety you provide. Not that interesting of a coffee. It tasted fine and had notes of cinnamon as far as I could tell, but I just didn't like it as much as previous roasts.

I didn't like this coffee as much as recent other orders. I think I didn't like it because it tasted acidic but I'm not 100% confident that was the reason. Sorry for the vagueness, just wanted to share what I thought about it.

The aroma when opening the bag was fantastic and the coffee did not disappoint. I found it to have a really good, well balanced, smooth flavor. While tasting, it would start with the dark chocolate/cocoa flavors and then transition to finish with a bit of sweetness that worked for me.

Not for us, I think we may not be into fruity coffees. Comes off as sour to our pallets. Would be great for someone who loves fruity, the blueberry really comes through

I was surprised at how much I liked this blend, which I thought may have been too sweet. Nice flavor notes of blueberry.

One of the top coffee’s I’ve had so far, just from opening the box I could smell the notes of berries. Is a very balanced medium blend and has great tasting notes. Makes a wonderful cup of pour over and also doubles as a good espresso blend.
