The Organic House Blend was blended and roasted for you by Centri Coffee. This coffee currently is an Organic certified blend of coffees from Colombia and Brazil. Centri's house blend is comprised of rotating coffees from Indonesia and the Americas, and is designed to deliver a familiar and comforting flavor profile, with notes of dark chocolate and baking spices.

I'd consider this to be more of a dark roast.

One of the best ones yet! Super balanced and nutty enough that it goes well with my creamer. My boyfriend loved this one so much he only drank it black. Loved it!

This is a smooth coffee but not especially robust. Still good.

Has a mild chocolate flavor but there is a really bitter burnt taste that ruins it for me. Drinkable, but not something I would get again.

This one is not as delicious as the previous. I feel like it has a slightly sharper taste, but the after taste is pretty nice. I've been adding honey and that makes it very good. However, the previous blend was so tasty I didn't need to add anything!

Indeed balanced. Not too much chocolate, though some hint of other aromas that I cannot define (maybe the baking spices...). Not super strong (could be a little more so), but pleasant. Some residual acidity that I could do without.

We went back and forth between 4 and 5 stars, but this really is a good coffee. It has an interesting flavor without overwhelming notes of the chocolate or spices.

I’m surprised, I actually liked the bolder and smokier flavor of last months coffee more. I think it just took me a while to get used to it.

Yes, it had chocolate notes, but was very bland with little depth. Frankly, the coffee tasted stale. Very dissatisfied.

Smells like almonds, but tasted a little bitter, sharp, dry. Caramel flavor doesn’t really stand out.

This coffee, much like the last one sent, is coming through as watery. I've tried brewing a few different ways and have not found a difference. Perhaps beans that are more oily would be better?

The beans had a wonderful chocolately aroma. Once brewed hints of carmel came through in the smell. The brew also had some carmel/molasses flavor in addition to a toasty, grain taste.

Overall just OK, pretty much too sour most of the time, even when making cappuccino (I typically make an espresso and a capp each morning). Would like something a bit oilier and darker than this.
