Mike
Solid comfort blend that I thought was a bit dark for my personal taste.

Zachary
It’s OK. A little more bitter than I like.

I'm 58 drinking coffee for the first time. I could never stand the bitterness of coffee. We got an espresso machine. I make my own. I'm liking it. I don't know how to totally rate these but I liked this one quite a bit.

Fantastic! Delicious smooth chocolate flavor. A special espresso to start your day on a delicious chocolate note.

Too much Hazelnut flavor.

Dane
Taste was very good but came across pretty light but that may just be my brew method.

Mike
Good, no complaints, but there are other coffees I like more.
11/25/2018

Tristan
This was thoroughly unimpressive.

Redcab Espresso is the first time I have actually tasted chocolate when it is touted among the flavor notes. This was a very good espresso that we brewed as pour-overs. I can't wait to try this again when the espresso machine is up and running.

We like this but it’s just okay. We can buy it at our local store, so would love to try a new espresso.

Lynn
Really good

Matt
Good rich espresso, spices poke through without overwhelming

Christine
I like Barefoot coffee a lot, but I prefer not to receive it since it's located nearby and I buy it myself. Same with Verve coffee - love it but located nearby.

Roshan
Good, light flavor. Felt a little citrus-y to me and a little bit lighter than the Del Sol. I think in general I like the coffees that have more texture and mouthfeel

Rich crema. Well-balanced coffee. One of the best so far.

This was my favorite bag since signing up for the program. Nutty, chocolaty, and thick crema. I'm a huge fan.

Second time, and second time meh

Such good flavor and aroma!!

Lucia
We really enjoyed this coffee. It smells delicious and tastes even better, regardless of how we brewed it.

Megan
The beans smell like peanut butter. This does well as moka pot brew. I don't care for it as much for espresso shots--Dillanos Lucent was better for that kind of preparation.

Just didn't have enough punch for us. Loved our first coffee, but this one not so much.
4/14/2017

Jason
Not my favorite. I liked the flavor at first but it left me with a sour aftertaste that I did not enjoy.
2/14/2017

Caitlin
This was an excellent espresso. Full flavor of chocolate and nutty.
2/2/2017

Jose
Good roast, great flavor. However, this coffee is roasted locally and we have easy access to fresh batches so would prefer a different roaster.

Andre
One of my favorites so far! delicious, full of flavor and aroma.

The Redcab Espresso was much better than the Dillanos, in my opinion. The Dillanos coffee was too dark as an espresso for my taste. The Barefoot coffee, however, was more acidic and nutty, which is more my preference. I want to be able to taste the flavor notes more than the boldness of the bean, so, again, the Barefoot satisfied my palate. Personally, I wouldn't mind more complex flavor notes in my upcoming shipments, such as fruit and citrus.

David
Very earthy finish not my favorite. Lighter roast then my preference.

Chocolate and nuts. Milder than some other coffees here. I started doing this thing where I chill a cappuccino in a travel mug for work. This coffee wasn't as good as another one I got locally. The Redcab is good consumed right after making, but when chilled and taken to work, had a metallic cigarette smoke after taste.

I'm near the end of my subscription and tried a lot of coffee, which this is perhaps the best I've had. I'll buy this one again.
11/6/2016

Sarah
Yum, I loved the chocolatey flavor of this coffee. My husband enjoyed it but didnt find it as complex as some of the other coffees we have tried so would have given it four stars. I found it very drinkable and it was nice to try beans from just one country to learn more about the flavors unique to Brazil.
10/18/2016

Jasmine
This coffee was not as flavorful. I did not enjoy this as much as the onyx coffee.
10/12/2016

Michele
An excellent choice! Very prominent chocolate notes with slightly buttery caramel undertones and a full mouth feel.
10/7/2016

Jim
Wonderful! I really like the type of roast, the taste, and I would definitely buy this again. I normally use Lavazza Crema, and this is better!

Michael
Loved this. One of the best so far
