I was disappointed that the bag indicated this coffee has "cherry tones." I don't like cherries and am not a huge fan of fruit tones in general. So, this was not a good match for me.

Mildly acidic, if at all. Flavor matches description profile. I prefer a more Choctaw or cocoa flavor compared to those with a fruity flavor. Ordering this again!

A nice classic medium-bodied coffee, with classic "roasty" flavor without much bitterness. Nice nuttiness, great everyday morning drinker. Brewed with clever dripper.

Seemed darkly roasted to me. I couldn't get much particular flavor out of it. It also gave me immediate heartburn, which is unusual for me.

Had to grind pretty coarse before getting some good flavors out this coffee, but even then it was just ok. Could not taste any of the tasting notes listed.

I never picked up on the nutty or caramel notes in this one. IF anything it tasted a bit over-roasted. Could be that my tastes have adjusted enough that I ought to just prefer/allow only light roasts at this point?

We prefer dark roast, so maybe that's the issue but we agreed that the finish on this one was too bright/acidic for our taste. Prefer a more mellow finish.

Profile tastes exactly as advertised--and I love this blend. Freshest yet, perhaps because I received it two days after roast date. Added to my "reorder" que alongside Atomic Blend. Still unimpressed with Misto Box's "curator" marketing ploy; I received cut and paste quotes after submitting my notes and no substantive thought or assistance to my knowledge.

The beans had a wonderful, full smell of chocolate. The chocolate flavor carried through into the brew with additional flavors of almonds, carmel, and sweet grains. Thoroughly enjoyed.
