I had high expectations for this coffee, but it is kind of middle of the road. No pronounced fruit and no rich chocolate notes, but hints of each. In milk, you do get the caramel and toffee flavors.

Too much fruit in this cup. The sourness of rasberry and blackberries took front and center. I don't mind a bit of fruit in my cup to brighten up a rich roast, but this was too much.

I only started to give 3 stars because I don't really drink alot of lightly roasted beans because I tend to not be a fan of high high acidity because it usually presents itself as sour, tart etc..... a quality that I just don't like.... BUT, this coffee was different. Probably deserving of at least four stars really because the fact that it could have such a developed flavor without being sour for being so lightly roasted I was very impressed. it definitely has that caramel butterscotch vibe especially after I added milk and made a cortado and cappuccino with those butterscotch notes really really shine through at that point

This is marked as a light roast, but as other reviews have stated, it's a dark and was a lot stronger than expected. Sadly, didn't hit the mark for me personally,

Well balanced darker roast. Bit of cocoa with a hint of Ethiopian brightness. Pretty good standard morning cup but not complex enough to meditate over.

We definitely taste the fruitiness in the beginning and the chocolate aftertaste. OK, this is a new favorite of 2021, and we're about to put this in our "regular rotation" list, and can't wait to try more from this one. Made it in a Chemex and Aeropress, super tasty, 5/5

Great aromatic smell, great aftertaste. Has hint of cherries for me when I drink it. I brew this on the autodrip, overall it's good

Did not like the flavor of this coffee at all. Had an aftertaste which I did not like. My preference is toward rich Colombian/Latin American coffee‘s. I suspect that the Ethiopian/African components of this blend contributed to the tastes I do not like.

Roasted with Fellow pour over, perfect morning starter cup with nice notes of toasted caramels. Lowered the temp to 190 to find the berry notes.

Very strong berry taste, yet not super sour. Only taste a touch of chocolate, but the nose does lend itself to the caramel and chocolate notes.

These beans made me feel like a cosmonaut! I was a shaky, anxious, caffeinated mess and I had to half the amount of coffee I normally drink. It was balanced but a shade too dark for me, so I wouldn't drink it again.

Decent coffee. Not bad, but not memorable. A little darker of a profile than expecting. Brewed best with a Melitta pour over, 16 grind on Virtuoso, 200 degrees.

It's very soft, no bright acidity, though I like both styles. The flavors are a very tasty balance. I can't pick anything out, but I love the combination, more like a stew than a salad.

There's a sharp taste (not acid) that I'm not a huge fan of here. I'm not sure whether it is a lack of sweetness or something else. Still drinkable, just not my preference.

Knew this was going to be delicious from the moment I opened the bag. Brewed with V60, FP, and as espresso. Very happy with the results!

I didn’t find the notes as pronounced as other bags. Seemed a bit “flat”. Hard to dial in and never reached a solid cup.

I really enjoyed this one too. It seems that I may not understand my taste as well as I think. Anyways, if you have interesting coffees with very different tastes regardless of roast, I'd love to try it. Thank you!

This was good not great. It didn't really stand out from what I can get from counter culture at the grocery store. Balanced, nice cup. But overall lacked a depth of flavor.

Really solid blend. Nice and balanced with smooth body. Love the hints of fruit from the natural processed beans in the blend. Just the right amount of something else/that deeper layer.
