Too strong/bitter

Very mellow brew as a pour over. I like the underlying flavors but they all blend together which winds up being one note. I prefer a bit more distinction in tasting notes.

I very much enjoy this coffee, the nutty flavor and the cinnamon give me a good cozy feeling. Mexican coffees are always welcome because they have a great, full, slightly bolder flavor for a medium roast.

Hint of cinnamon up front then pleasant and well-balanced but lacking in richness or complexity. Had to cut a whole minute off my Clever brew time to taste anything other than smoke.

This coffee was incredibly delightful! It was very smooth and had delicate notes of roasted nuts and cinnamon. I made French press and cold brew, and both turned out wonderful.

Absolutely fantastic all around. Mild, but with a good nose. Takes milk and sugar well, but is great just black.

It was ok, not sure I’d re-order. Could definitely taste a hint of cinnamon which was really nice. Otherwise it wasn’t anything special.

The coffee smell wonderful but ot does not taste like it smells. For us it seems to have a burnt after taste. It was dissapointing.

One of the best cups I've ever had. The cinnamon pairs so nicely with the roasted walnut. It's flavor is distinctly that of late fall/winter, so a perfect pick for the holiday season.

Not as Rich as I like. I'd be interested in trying some Medium-Dark roast or Dark roast coffee with a Bold body to it.
