This coffee will be fresh roasted for you. We expect Caffe Vita Coffee Roasting Co will roast and ship this coffee in 1-2 business days depending on their roasting schedule.
The Guatemala Finca Nueva Viñas was carefully roasted for you by Caffe Vita Coffee Roasting Co. This Direct Trade Organic and Rainforest Alliance certified coffee was sourced from the growing region of Santa Rosa in Guatemala and was produced by the Keller family between 1,200 - 1,500 meters. The cup is balanced and rich with notes of cocoa, baking spices and hazelnut. This tastes delicious brewed hot but it also makes an excellent iced and cold brew coffee.
Loved this one. Nice balance and freshness. Not ideal for espresso. But great for drip
Not a big fan of this brand not for me
Smooth and flavorful. Best coffee I have had from MistoBox so far.
This coffee was just easy to drink. Although not particularly memorable.
We love this coffee. It is everything that the description describes it to be!
FANTASTIC! Nice to have a Guatemalen coffee after a parade of Brazilian ones that were less interesting. This one had what we thought was deep roast flavor in a light roast!
I mostly loved this one, despite the 'Chocolate' note I usually don't prefer. I think it's just because it was well balanced and didn't tire my tongue.
loved this! Strong clean flavor, very consistent cup to cup and great caffeine levels.
excellent flavor depth!
Still a bit bright for my taste
Very light flavor. Fresh roast, but hardly any flavor.
Smooth Medium Roast that is good both as brewed and Expresso
For a cup of coffee, I thought it was smooth and well balanced with a nice finish and no bitter aftertaste. Nothing really stood out, though and for this I was thinking 3 stars. But, last night I made some espresso and the flavors really came out. My wife, who only drinks espresso even liked this one.
bad aftertaste package was open
Once we changed our grind to be a bit more fine, this made a delicious cup of coffee. Nicely balanced and very easy to drink.
Bitter finish, not much body to compensate. Could maybe have even been a bad batch?
Always enjoy Caffe Vita's coffee. This one is incredibly balanced from start to finish with rich chocolate and nuttiness.
The quality of this coffee is fantastic, the roasty cocoa flavor really stands out on this one. This is a great morning brew for a simple morning, not too complex with its flavor but that's not a bad thing.
Lovely and balanced
This was a great drip coffee as well as pour over! Balanced and beautiful!
Beautiful coffee. Smooth, round, fruit, spice.
Least favorite that we have received thus far
this is good, but is lighter than I expected and fruitier than the tasting notes here. the tasting notes on the package also didnt match.
Great chocolate flavor, smoothed out by light baking spices. Excellent
Nothing about this coffee stood out to us. Left my tongue feeling dry.
Nice smooth bold flavor. Comes through perfectly with pour over. Chocolate notes for sure!
Awesome, balanced coffee.
Earthy and balanced..can't complain a bit about this coffee!
Loved this coffee
Well roasted but just not our style. Can't quite put my finger on it but there was a flavor profile on the finish that we just couldn't get past.
Good stuff. Not the best on the site, but solid.
Great flavor, one of my favs
I didn’t like the spices. Not very flavorful. Even though it’s a medium, it had dark undertones which I’m not a fan of.
Brewed with Chemex. Not as flavorful as I expected.
Didn't really like this one. I ususally love Guatemalan coffees but this one is pretty light and has some acidity to it which I really dont like. Not sure how this one got in my queue actually since I think my preferences indicate really little to no acidity for my tastes.
I liked the coffee, but would prefer a darker roast Guatamalan for my next shipment, thanks.
rich and aromatic, chocolate notes
Loved this one!
Roasty and darker than I like.
Another awesome coffee. I love Guatemalan coffees.
Great at times, but around half the time I end up with a bit of a sour taste. Probably due to my coffee to water ratio or the way I make it using a pour over method.
Good coffee, smoke, chocolate, moderate bitterness. Minimal fruit character. Spice such as anise and clove are present.
Flat and characterless. The predominant flavor profile is the roast, which lends the coffee a slightly bitter flavor that overwhelms the other notes lurking behind it. Otherwise free of major defects, which makes it drinkable if not terribly pleasant or memorable.
Great flavors but a little light for my taste using an aero press. However, it really came alive with a stovetop espresso and gave me the aroma's, flavors + a more syrup-like texture. Think I should go for a darker roast when using with an aero press.
Good, regular drinker.
Smooth and rich!
Great tasting, non-bitter. very good.
I liked the notes but was a bit on the bitter side. I used less beans and that helped but would prefer something not quite so bold.
