Description
The Guatemala Santa Isabel was carefully roasted for you by Cartel Roasting Co. Finca Santa Isabel has a vibrant history dating back to 1875 when the Valdés family took possession of it. Today, Finca Santa Isabel samples with several coffee varieties, like Caturra and Pache, and utilizes polyurethane packaging for shade in their nursery. Because of an extended flowering season, coffee cherries typically mature at different stages, requiring several passes for selective picking of the best cherries.

This is the third cartel in a few shipments.

Stop sending me this brand. It's a cop-out. Find new and interesting coffee that's worth the money I pay. Do not send me this brand again or I will be cancelling my subscription.
