Sam
Smooth but a little too fruity for me.

David
Very fruity, great straight up or as an americano, but not so great with milk/ creamer.

Kevin
Light and bright, delish.

Mike
Notes of caramel and berry. Great as an espresso by itself. Stand out nicely in milk. Good coffee to start the fall with.

Ginger
Works well with cream and sugar. Very well rounded.

Robert
Well balanced, not acidic, one of the best african blends we have had in awhile. Great for espresso or a latte.

Tim
Amazing espresso. The Ethiopian shines in this blend.

Manjari
Consistently excellent espresso shots with crema. Very nice blend; Eithiopian flavors stand out.

Michael
Too fruity. Challenging to brew.

Adam
Really enjoyable balanced coffee.

I've had a hard time getting shots to pull consistently with this one. In spite of that I like this one, but it's not remarkable. I mostly agree with the tasting notes of fruit & caramel.

Kyle
This didn’t live up to the Case reputation. It was ok but not great. I was even in Ashland prior to this and had some fantastic coffee at Case.

Tracy
Kinda bitter

Arthur
Well rounded. Strong and bold flavor profile without the acidity I'd expect. Worked well as an espresso and pour over was good as well.

What was your first impression? Very accurate description. Did you like the roast (level of bean darkness)? Yes
What flavors did you like or dislike (chocolatey, fruity, citrus, earthy)? Liked all of them individually, least favorite note I liked was the citrus. The other flavors complimented it in this case, but i don't think I'd like it individually. Did the coffee have characteristics you liked (balanced, nuanced, smooth, bold) or didn’t like (sour, burnt, roasty)? Very smooth.
