Very good, flavors are fully present and the bean/roast quality was on par with what you'd expect from a premium coffee. Espresso produced easily with ample forgiveness for varying grind size and temperature.

It is very balanced, smooth, and velvety. Unfortunately, I was expecting more of a bright and exciting cup of coffee so it wasn't exactly what I was looking for. It's also, annoyingly, only a 10oz bag which is 17% less coffee than a 12oz bag for the same price which I why my expectations are so high for this coffee.

It's quite nice. There is some fruit there for sure. It's a hair darker than I would have expected given its description and I'd say the roasty (chocolate) notes are out front. Not as much "funky" flavor as I'd expect from a fully natural.

Slightly too acidic for our taste. Good flavor overall, but a bit funkier and more floral that we’d like (possibly because it’s natural vs. washed processing)

Definitely darker than I prefer, especially for a natural process coffee. Definitely yields a complex cup and responds much better to a coarser grind and lower temp brews.

I really liked this Ethiopian single origin coffee. The amazing smell of the beans did translate to a lovely brew.

I usually go for the fruit flavor more than chocolate, or any other semi-sweet flavor note. But this one is the perfect mix of both. Very complex, with the fruit hitting up front then the chocolate remaining in the mouth afterward. This one is great.

Relatively marginal for a natural Ethiopia. It’s heavy on the dark chocolate with some roasty notes that really obscure any delicate fruit flavors I expect from a Guji. It tastes a little bit over developed and while it’s fine to drink, it isn’t as complex and vibrant as many other naturals I’ve had.

Absolutely incredible coffee from Cat and Cloud. I’ve been following Cat and Cloud for years and they are pure artists. Loved experiencing this fruity gem of theirs, amazing work!

Pretty good coffee, but I felt like it was a little challenging to dial in – it's a recurring problem I have with Natural process coffees.

Another pretty boring medium/light roast. I'm not sure why anyone wants to over roast naturally processed beans like this. When I close my eyes and try really hard I get notes of strawberry and graham cracker, which is pretty cool. But it's so far in the background that it doesn't hold my interest. This is yet another above average restaurant coffee, but below average craft roast. At least it doesn't taste burnt as many medium and dark roasts tend to do, so credit where credit is due.

The strawberry notes were amazing.. this roast was good from the beginning to my last cup.. tried this through a v-60 and Chemex.. think that this is seriously amazing.. so far “cat and cloud.” Is an amazing coffee company and i am very impressed!

Fantastic notes of blueberries! Love that natural processing. Makes a really good pour over at relatively high pour temps (94-95 C), but also does a ridiculously tasty cold brew. Highly enjoyable; best coffee from Mistobox yet!

Really potent aroma and strong berry flavor. The roast is perfect also. Really outstanding cup of coffee! Made with a pour over and with an AeroPress. Both methods produced an outstanding cup.

Tasty morning coffee, definitely balanced flavor, slightly sweet.

This coffee is light and delicate great pour-over style. Notes to me are lightly floral with a subtle chocolate finish. It is great black and I also enjoyed with light sugar and a little milk. It however was not deep enough in flavor to be used as espresso.

'Balanced' is a good description of this roast. General chocolate notes are at the forefront of this roast. Brewed as pour over at 94C.
UPDATE: As I drank more cups I noticed a bit of a burnt taste to it. Not strong, but present. I wonder if the roast was a little too dark for a typical run of medium roast, or if that's native to Cat & Cloud roasters. Not my preference, but still palatable.

The strawberry is a little too forward for our taste, but for someone with a sweet tooth this would be a lovely compliment to a shortbread. Really interesting.

I think that this was a too acidic for me. I would have said grapefruit more than strawberry, and it's less balanced than this review would indicate.
