This is the Organic Nicaragua Jinotega Paraiso brought to you by Centri Coffee. This Full Natural coffee was grown by Juan de Dios Castillo and Miriam Aruaz at Paraiso Farms in the Jinotega region of Nicaragua between 1150 and 1500 meters above sea level.

Notes of strawberry explode upon first opening. This is a perfect summertime coffee, brewed hot in the morning and cold in the afternoon. 12/10 would recommend.
Beautiful subtle flavors that work together as a gentle symphony to entertain my taste buds.
The bag mentions strawberry and caramel notes, and immediately after opening, the beans had a nice strawberry aroma right up front. Brewed, it's bright and creamy, and retains that berry profile you catch in the aroma. I did also get a hint of caramel coming through here and there. If that's what you're looking for in a cup of coffee, this could be a real winner.
Even in the pour over, this was just dark and overbearing. Muddy, felt more like a medium-dark roast
