This is the Honduras Decaf Las Capucas brought to you by Coava Coffee Roasters. This Washed Honduran coffee was grown between 1,600 and 1,650 meters above sea level and was decaffeinated using the Swiss Water method. It displays a red currant-like acidity, sweet brandy notes, and caramel atop a smooth baker's chocolate finish.

Good flavor profile, but has a sharp bitter (?) note that overpowers the other flavors and washes them out. Brewed as espresso.
