This coffee will be fresh roasted for you. We expect Dillanos Coffee Roasters will roast and ship this coffee in 1-2 business days depending on their roasting schedule.
The Green Planet Organic Blend was carefully roasted for you by Dillanos Coffee Roasters. This Organic and Fair Trade certified blend of Costa Rican, Guatemalan and Honduran coffees is comprised of Dillanos' "One Harvest Relationship" coffees whenever possible; sustainably produced and ethically sourced. This coffee is balanced with notes of chocolate and caramel with a rich buttery texture.
By far my favorite so far! It could’ve used a little bolder flavor, but the flavor/ notes were exactly what I like.
It’s okay if we brew it extra strong, but not our favorite.
I will be VERY glad when this is gone. Easily the worst coffee I've had in years...I would prefer the store bought Maxwell House stuff instead of this gruel.
Had a lot of trouble getting this to taste right.
way too dark
I didn't get the buttery flavor that they talk about in the review. I liked it but I had to add a lot of milk to make it not bitter.
i like that this is organic and fair trade
Diana & Israel
A little tannic (sucks the moisture from my mouth).
I love coffees from this roaster
Too smoky. Not enough nuance in the flavors. Couldn't taste the caramel or nutty notes. Not as enjoyable a cup as the Milwaukee Blend we started with.
This was one of my favorites!!!
Tom and Katie
I liked this much better than the previous Antithesis blend
It was very good but I like a darker roast.
Very good aroma, but the tasting flavor seemed quite weak, at least to my taste.
Decent - nice dark taste
Better than the first coffee when I mixed it with some cream or creamer, but bitter to me when I take it black. However, most coffees with chocolate flavoring seem bitter to me when I don't add anything to them.
Couldn’t taste the chocolate or caramel flavors and just a strong coffee flavor, but not as smooth as would like.
This coffee was excellent. Great smell and taste!
I really liked this one. Please send me more that are similar
Nice balanced flavor. Suited well to start the day or end the night after dinner.
I thought it was decent but wasn't too excited. I wonder if I don't like blends
This was amazing
Something is wrong with this coffee or I'm not choosing the right options. It's undrinkable. It tastes like something is wrong with it. Over the top bitter with no other flavors. The moment I put water on to it you can smell this terrible smell.
I tend to latch onto brighter coffees, so I was a bit surprised to find how much I enjoyed this. It's quite dark for my tastes (and maybe a bit more than was advertised), however it seemed more expressive than similar roasts.
I liked very few things about this coffee. It was dar too dark and earthy.
I really enjoyed this coffee. Not over powering.
I enjoy this one a lot, particularly as it cools down. The roast is perfect, dark but not burnt. Definitely taste the chocolate notes. It isn’t floral, like the description, but that is ok by me. Would enjoy this more if it had a little more complexity, but this is delicious for a daily morning coffee.
Did not like the earthy and flowery flavor.
I can taste fruit and well balance. Not bad, but not my favorite.
I really can't complain. I enjoy drinking this coffee without creamer although. I'm wondering what could be added to sweeten it a little. Nice job for the first pick.
Don't like the after taste
A little bit acidic but otherwise loved it!
This was by far our favorite for pour overs.
Liked the hint of chocolate. It would have been perfect if a little bit more robust.
Very nice flavor, but the oilier beans make it tougher to dial in the espresso grind and tamp
Really enjoyed it.
Awesome shots, the exact flavor profile I enjoy in an americano. for some reason the coffee has a lot of volume in the portafilter yet weighs less than other coffees on my scale.
Darker than first 2. Really enjoyed the taste. Close to what we regularly use.
Solid. Not amazing but definitely good.
Ok, not great- not a lot of nuanced or interesting flavors.
I don't know what happened with this one. It smells fine, but the flavor profile is just bad.
Chocolatey balanced medium roast, perfect straight down the middle taste. Would love to try a darker roast.
Closer to what I like. A little bolder than the last one. Would like something a touch bolder. Also marking it down because the roaster sat on my order for a couple of days after printing the shipping label, and it delayed shipment long enough so that I ran out of coffee before it arrived.
Not always into medium or dark roasts but this was sad well balanced and tasty.
Just the right roast. Love the cocoa flavor.
A little too light, flavor was overwhelmed when mixed with milk as an iced latte. Flavors were good, just not strong enough.
Good but not outstanding. I did not pick up the chocolate caramel but it was nicely balanced.
Loved opening the bag and smelling that yummy blend. No creamer needed in this balanced blend
It was delicious!I have thoroughly enjoyed it!
A nice balanced enjoyable roast and is great to drink.
Very smooth. I prefer a bit of a bolder/stronger taste, but this was an excellent moderate intensity coffee.
I liked it
I have brewed it a few different ways, but i think it is a very balanced type of coffee. I find it "ok". I do not use sugar nor milk in my coffee and i like a little punch in my face when i wake up. Overall i give it a 3/5 rating and i am looking forward to testing more types of coffee. :)
seemed a bit darker than the description would've suggested. maybe this particular batch was a bit over-roasted?
Oily. Not what I’d like.
Bahar & Kinan
I like that this was balanced and had some chocolate notes. Very good.
This coffee is very smooth and almost a has a sweetness. It is a good blend that could easily be an everyday cup. I used both press and V60 and both turned out very well. It is not really an exiting cup, but its low acidity and smooth taste make for a great cup.
Good cup of coffee, but over-roasted. Says it’s a medium roast but was quite dark and even a tad oily. Would be a great cup if roasted lighter.
Too light not dark enough for me
Pros: smooth, not bitter
Cons: a little too dark (medium-dark), too earthy
Bean was dark and oily...not my taste preference for a pourover. Makes a flavorful french press but wouldn’t be something I can drink/enjoy daily!
Alli & Jeff
Still good, though a little bolder than I would typically prefer.
Very earthy, but I don’t taste much of sweet notes in description.
Traditional full bodied with primarily low undertones of chocolate and nuttiness, some sweetness. Minimal fruitiness.
Better as French press than pour over
Super great breakfast coffee. So smooth and love the hints of chocolate and caramel.
Very smooth, low acid,no bitterness, creamy and full mouth feel, hint of chocolate and caramel
I definitely enjoyed these beans more than the previous ones but I can't really articulate why. I liked the final taste better...it had a bit more personality and flavor.
Very good coffee. Much better than the lighter roast I have been getting locally. I was not sure that I liked darker roasted coffee, but this one was very tasty.
Loved it! Could taste the caramel notes, which were delicious.
I never received this. I'm sure I would love it.
Balanced and smooth.
It’s a little darker than I typically go. I would rate it a 3.5 if that was an option.
Not bad. I thought it was smooth, but I felt the first coffee had more flavor.
I enjoyed the cocoa notes and subtle citrus flavor of this coffee.
Too dark of a roast, too bitter
This was darker than I typically receive/ buy for myself and I was not expecting to like it much. But it made a really great cup of coffee like every other bag I've been sent!
DCR’s Green Planet Organic blend totally wowed me! It’s definitely more in my realm of great coffee as opposed to the Day Tripper. First off, the smell of the beans was intoxicating, which is always a plus. The roast level was the most I would want it roasted I think. It has a the vibe of a dark roast to me, without tasting dark. Definitely a medium, which I prefer. Very smooth in my opinion, and enough of a cocoa flavor without being overwhelming. Honestly, I disliked nothing about this coffee and will probably get some more online before I run out!
This one tasted a little burnt to me, much more so than the previous milwaukee rockstar blend which was very smooth with no burnt taste.
Thought it was too dark or pungent almost.
it was good but a bit light for my taste.
Bill and Maggie
A bit too light. Needs a darker roast.
Makes a nice, mellow morning cup that pairs well with savory and sweet breakfasts
Another excellent pick! I love that this coffee is bold but isn’t bitter. I don’t need to dress it up at all to make it taste great, which is exactly how I like it.
Has good taste, but would like to see less bitterness and maybe more chocolate sweetness flavor. Still better than any store bought coffee!
We have had a couple days to taste the coffee and it’s really good. Think we may have rated to early the first time.
Didn't care for the caramel flavor but it was smooth
Obviously a good quality coffee. Prefer a stronger, more flavorful coffee.
Good but didn't stand out to me.
Not as flavorful as I would have liked. Good blend of notes, just lacked the last bit of "ouph"
not the best after taste.
Average cup of coffee, an earthy smoky flavor.
It was to weak it tasted like warm water it didn't seem to have much of a flavor.
Sam & Alex
It was a little bitter for us, but could have been the espresso setting we were on.
Bryan and Alicia
Wonderful and fresh!!
This was my first selection so I don't have a lot to compare to right now. I did like it. I thought it was smooth with a little bitter but not overpowering.
Overall pretty good! I am extremely new to coffee so I do not yet know what I tend to like or dislike. This seemed well balanced to me.
I really like this one! It is not too bitter. It could have more aroma (hope I'm using that word right) and a slightly sweeter taste but so far the best I tried.
I like this one more than the Brazilian one from last month. It seems like a bit darker roast, which I like. Thank you!
My husband and I are trying to begin drinking coffee black so we are going from dark blends to medium blends. This is our first coffee from Misto Box and it did not disappoint. It was balanced with a slight chocolate caramel after taste. Smell is delicious! *We used a coffee press on this.
Solid but not overly flavorful. We drink our coffee black.
Really nice coffee with a balanced flavor. I enjoy a medium body coffe, but this retained it's flavor on a stronger brew setting.
i liked this one! I did notice the caramel notes, and it wasn't too dark or bitter.
Smooth, not bitter. I can really taste the chocolate notes.
Really light roast; delicate and nuanced. A little too light for our taste.
Not bad! Not my favorite ever.
A bit darker than I like. Also, I tend to think "balanced" equals "boring," so feel free to send something wild. Extremely light roasts, tea-like, punchy fruit notes, etc. Thanks!
This was good!
Matt and Tasha
not good on any level. not even in the context of a blend
Really liked the color on this roast. It has great aromas and the flavor was lovely. It tasted a bit nuttier and chocolatier than I thought but I loved it.
Slightly dark and earthy for my taste but well-balanced and delicious overall.
I enjoyed it. My preference is to go a bit more robust. Thanks!
Delicious and smooth, with a light caramel flavor. I really enjoyed it!
came as a unprompted gift. too dark for my taste. flavor profile was uninspiring and flat... and burned.
I really liked this coffee and it smelled amazing when I opened the box. I loved the notes of chocolate but I would like a blend with a richer flavor.
Really like this one too
Good, but wish it was a little richer in flavor
This smelled amazing since getting the package. I would of called it more earthy then caramel, but chocolate was there. It was light and delicious. Way to hit it out of the park on choice 1
Kara + Richie
Love it! Would buy again!
Great flavor! If this were a bit darker roast, it would be just amazing.
Not bold enough
I think the notes to the side here really do well to describe this coffee. I can certainly taste the notes of chocolate and caramel. It generally goes down smooth with a bit of a bitterness to follow.
Nice finish but a little too floral aroma
The aroma on this is so good but it's not as full-bodied as I like. I was happy to try this coffee and it was a great starter for me.
Too mild for our taste
We thought this was excellent, full body and smooth.
We were expecting another shipment, pls advise on what the schedule is for this gift. Thanks
Smooth, I like the chocolatey taste, but not bold enough, might want something that's a darker roast or has more intense flavor.
Too darkly roasted for my taste, but a fairly good coffee given this backdrop. The flavors don't come true that much though, but it has a firm body, making it a good everyday coffee.
Nope too acidic. Don’t like.
This one is very good
Smooth, good standard coffee, not real flavorful, Light chaff, light oil to beans
Chocolate and caramel-- definitely a flavor profile I enjoy. Interested in trying something that it perhaps more complex but retains a sweet/chocolatey backbone. Reserving the fifth star for now, although this is very good brew in my opinion
Over-roasted to the degree that the overwhelming sense is acid with coffee hiding in back somewhere.
Later--Still worried a bit about the dark, oily roast. However, the coffee has grown on us and is otherwise more than acceptable. Please keep it or something similar coming!
Least favorite one yet, just meh
Chocolate flavor hints didn't appeal to me
Smelled okay upon opening, but could immediately tell it was a darker roast than I usually prefer. When brewed using my usual V60 pour-over method, it tasted of burned rubber.
I found this coffee a bit too acidic for my taste. It has a lot of sour taste that I do not enjoy, and there is not enough coffee taste behind it. I have tried making it a few ways using my Aeropress and haven’t found a great way to get a stronger coffee taste without being very acidic.
Good first start, like the dark boldness, not as favorable as Quills Columbia.
So incredibly weak. Had to put double or triple the scoops to even drink it because otherwise it felt like I was drinking water. So disappointed in this coffee. Beans look old and dry. I don’t like it at all.
Bold and aromatic without bitterness. Perhaps a little bolder would be nice.
Did not like this one at all. Couldn’t force myself to drink it and threw the bag in the trash.
This coffee was pretty good. I enjoyed the darker earthier notes as well as roasted caramel and charred flavors. I usually like roasts that are a little bit lighter so I'm not giving this five stars but it was better than expected! If you like medium roasts this will be a great pick.
Way too dark.
One of my favorites so far!
The coffee is OK, its a little light on flavor and definitely aroma. A little citrusy for my taste, but was otherwise fairly well balanced. Generally enjoyable though.
I wish there was more of a bold coffee taste. This coffee doesn't have much of a flavor. It is a smooth coffee, but it's missing something.
Very good but not great
I've enjoyed this coffee! It has a nice flavor.
Easy to drink, but too light and lacking flavor other than a predominantly nutty taste. Definitely not bad, but doesn't stand out in any way.
I liked this coffee very much. Would have liked it better I think if it had been a medium roast instead of medium-light. Had to add more coffee when I brewed it. Otherwise I liked everything about it. Very smooth, not bitter.
The coffe from Dillion’s was good, but not nuanced and lacking any fruit notes or complexity
I brewed this in both a drip pot and in a french press. It was just too "weak" (mild?) for my taste, l like bolder coffees. It had good floral notes, though, which I liked. So I just tried it again at a rate of 1.75 g of coffee per liquid ounce of water in a French press. It was MUCH stronger and pretty flavorful.
A bit flat not extremely flavorful
Balanced coffee, but nothing extraordinary.
Joyce & Richard
This is the one we did not like! It was bitter and weak.
Brewed a nice cup but nothing outstanding. The chocolate notes came through nicely.
This has been my favorite coffee so far. Perfectly balanced, chocolatey, rich, and not bitter at all.
Lynn and Rich
We found Green Planet to be milder than we expected.
My batch seemed very dark. Somewhere between Vienna and French. Flavor profile included ash. Was not pleasant as pour over, but at least had good body as a french press. Easily the worst coffee I've received from both Misto and Dillanos.
The coffee was nicely balanced, and smooth enough to be very enjoyable black. The flavors were pretty solidly on the earthy/chocolatey area of the spectrum, and it seemed like it might have benefited from some brighter, more floral notes. All in all, though, a very nice coffee!
Rather bland. Prefer much darker roast. Did not noticed any chocolate flavor.
Lloyd & Jeri
I would give it 4 1/2 stars if I could. Not quite a perfect 5 but a nice cup of coffee.
It was a bit too sour!
These were the perfect beans for us--in the top 5 of any beans I've ever purchased (and I've been buying coffee beans for decades, usually from specialty roasters).
Too mild. Tasted like nothing.
I really liked it.
earthy, more than tart or bitter. enjoyed brewing this one on the lighter side.
This coffee is much darker than I usually drink. The roasting notes on the bag are not nearly as accurate as those on the mistobox page for the coffee. The bag says medium-light but the coffee looks and tastes closer to a dark roast.
Overly burnt and quite bitter. Tried a few different brewing methods, including a cold brew, but none seemed to get past how bitter and overly burnt this roast is. The roast was very oily, dark color. It's unfortunate that we had just finished off a bag (not from Mistobox) of Onyx beans that were awesome.
Mike and Joy
Good coffee. Seemed a little weak, but that may have been the setting on our grinder (we are new to coffee grinding).
Not a huge fan of quiet, smooth blends. I prefer louder single origins. I liked the low acidity, but having numerous subtle notes led to a muddled cup.
Great Coffee, little acidity, yes chocolate, little bitter, roasted coffee flavor, it has the Central America flavor that the volcanos put into the coffee beans. GREAT JOB DILLANOS COFFEE ROASTERS, THANK YOU
I like this, but Wild Child remains my favorite so far.
I thought the coffee overall was fine. To me it seemed light on the front end (which is great) but then very bold at the end. I usually like it to match and I prefer flavor over boldness. I thought the coffee was fine but similar enough to a coffee I get from Trader Joe's. Better, but similar enough to make me want to try something different. I wouldn't have a problem drinking it again but I am grading a little more harshly in order to help find a coffee from you I enjoy more. I am new to describing coffee I usually just like a type or I don't so forgive me if I mash terms.
too floral/ fruity
Delicious, smooth, caramel overtones and rich taste.
Lora & Daryl
Could have more depth. Nice, tho, and not bitter. Smooth and balanced.
I really liked this one a lot as an espresso shot, maybe the best I’ve had! I didn’t love it quite as much when I made an Americano with it though. For my next one I’d like to have one to make the perfect Americano
I thought that this was poorly roasted coffee. I had been given MistoBox box as a gift before and was able to submit preferences for roast etc.
This time around I didn’t get that option and was sent a coffee I really would not have preferred.
I enjoy a good darker roast every once in a while, but this was way over roasted.
Pretty decent. A bit dark for my tastes.
I really like the taste. When I first tasted it I thought it had a smoky taste (I liked it). A little more bitter on the finish than I'd like but still a great cup of coffee!
Great bold taste with an earthly finish.
Solid for a blend, lacking fruit, overroasted IMHO, super foamy bloom...
I like the flavors in this coffee a lot. I would like these flavors to be stronger and bolder.
Wow, this coffee was fresh, really fresh less than 1 week of roast date, it arrived to my door! I have been brewing this via Aeropress, and it has produced an extremely balanced, and well rounded coffee, with wood hints, and a chocolatey flavor and body. 5 stars from. Very Impressed, and thank you. Best Regards, Drew
I DO NOT like chocolate or caramel in my coffee. If I want chocolate or caramel, I will get a candy bar. I also don't want fruit in my coffee.
It’s good but kind of plain. This is good sometimes but nowhere near my favorite at this point in time Jan 03 2018
Very much liked to coffee
There is no way that this is a "Medium-Light" roast. This tastes much too dark and is difficult to drink.
The bag pictured here is not the same as the one I received in the mail. Anyway, the coffee I did receive was not good. It had a kind of badly roasted charcoal taste that a lot of cheap coffees sold in the Super market have. The flavor was ok but I found that I couldn't enjoy it enough because that roast flavor was too apparent. Is that what they're calling the "chocolate" flavor?
I don't know but this coffee was underwhelming and for it to be a part of a subscription service, I feel it should at least be as good if not better than stumptown.
Not a med-light roast by any standards. My partners said it tastes like "office coffee" It a time when Third wave coffee is a standard in the coffee movement I can't seem to understand how beans are being over roasted and wasted.
A very basic conventional over roasted bean, smells of bunt popcorn, notes of overcooked dark chocolate and dark caramel. My partner stated "this tastes like office coffee!"
Good flavor, but too weak.
Tastes very much like my standard TJs Bolivian beans. Not bad not fantastic.
My wife and I are really enjoying this coffee. Not too acidic or fruity, which works great for us because we lean toward medium to slightly dark roasts. Rich flavors and well balanced overall.
Says med-light roast but it is absolutely a dark roast. The only thing I can guess is that they put the wrong beans in that bag.
Not strong enough for my taste.
Good aroma, light blend, needed to up the amount of ground to make a fuller taste
Didn't like tha chocolate taste much
This coffee was pretty disappointing. I just tried to make a settings change, typed out a message about the selection and got an auto reply saying my changes have been made. i hope someone gets my message. if this tier of coffee is my only option please don't send anymore, not trying to be a snob, it will just go to waste.
Despite being touted as light to mediuim roast, this was plenty dark and exactly the profile my wife and I like. It reminded me of Swing's Diplomat blend, which is a favorite. Highly recommended in the Chemex.
Hardy and Vicki
It was outstanding. I normally do like flavored coffees but this was exceptional. Can't wait for my next coffee.
Too strong, bold.
a little too bitter/burned tasting for me
Too dark for my tastes.
Sweet with just a touch of earthiness
I really like this one.
Very smooth. Good after taste. Love it.
Great flavor, smooth, good aroma. Slightly bitter finish though. Overall a good coffee.
Excellent coffee, certainly consistent w/ Central American roasts (in my experience): Very smooth, just enough 'brightness'/acidity, really very tasty.
This one is way darker than the (med + light) roast indicates. Kind of bitter. Do not like it. Not a smooth, chocolatey, taste, but more dry and bitter.
-Never seen my little, old espresso machine pull a shot as pretty as this! I think it's cause the beans are oily. Never tried oily beans before. But yeah, just thought the shots coming out runny was cause my machine was old and incapable. Turns out just needed the right beans :)
-As far as taste goes, I think it's a step in the wrong direction. Tastes like an espresso version of regular coffee I'd get from the office out of a pot. Or just higher quality pot brew. I dunno, just tastes like coffee flavor. Like, if I get a bag of Counter Culture, or even the Nerve Tonic Espresso I got first from Mistobox, that had some flavor to it. Something special, something interesting. Tasted more than just that coffee taste I'd get from the break room coffee.
I generally drink my coffee black or with a little bit of almond milk and no sugar. I found this coffee to be a little bitter for me and I wasn't able to really discern the floral chocolate or floral flavors. I like my coffee to be rich with flavor and a little bit on the sweeter .
This is the best one yet. I can taste all of the flavors and it's a nice dark bean. Nice!
I really enjoyed this one! Not acidic and smooth.
I really, really hated this coffee. It tastes like gas station coffee to me. It's hard to pinpoint the dimension(s) that are problematic, but let me try. There is a kind of bitter, ashy smell to the beans after I grind them. The aftertaste when drinking feels very bitter and dry, almost like when wine is TOO tannic (don't know how else to describe this). Typically I like drier wines, but this coffee's mouthfeel was very unpleasant, especially towards the end of a sip.
Based on what I know about my typical coffee preferences, there are a few things that could be a bad fit. One is that I generally prefer medium-to-dark roasts. This was a medium/light roast (although, honestly, it did not taste like a light roast). Another is that I usually do not like "floral" notes in coffee. I like coffee with nutty, chocolatey notes and low acidity (prefer columbian beans to african) and typically like roasts meant for espresso.
This coffee had good flavor, but I felt it was closer to a dark roast than a light/medium roast.
This was a good choice for me. It has a nice body, perfect for the morning. I would not want anything more robust or darker than this.
Really liked this coffee. Not too light or too strong. I'd love my last coffee to be a medium roast that is good for a regular coffee maker.
This was very oily and kind of boring when I brewed it with my pour over. Playing with the grind and pour rate, I was able to get it to taste okay, but it bordered on bitter at that point. It was pretty good when I cold brewed it, as you can make it fairly strong and chocolaty without being too bitter.
I didn't care for this coffee It may be just a personal thing but I found it harsh and rather hard on my stomach. It lacked the smoothness I prefer in a coffee.
ok. just ok
this one is excellent---medium weight.
Sherry & Jon
good but not great. received this first Mistobox shipment last night and just finished our first cup this morning. smooth mouth but not a lot of flavor. not much nose either.
Easy drinking, light, nice morning go to coffee
Great mouthfeel, mild chocolate notes. Have not picked out much of the mentioned floral. I recommend using the ratios listed on the bag and possibly a little overextracted? All in all a good cup but not one that I would recommend to others.
good. felt the flavors were not very robust. overall a softer taste. still good tho
Great! It is really balanced.
I liked it-- not to bold and not too light
Very smooth and flavorful. Deep rich flavors with no acidity.
smooth, not bitter, easy to drink, have been brewing in french press 5 minutes
This coffee was very heavy-handed and I tend to like lighter roasts. It felt very dark, in fact, it tasted similar to some Keurig coffees I had. I brewed it on a Chemed at 200 degrees using a range of 16:1 to 17:1 ratio and couldn't get a good cup out of it. Wouldn't recommend for someone with similar tastes to mine.
This blend is good but has too bit of a slight bitter/burnt taste to it. I have had another roast from Dillanos Coffee that I enjoyed much more
Great body and taste
This was an ok coffee for us. We actually enjoyed it more as an espresso but not so much as a coffee. It was a bit bitter for us.
Obviously, I have a lot to learn about coffee. I just bought better brewing equipment. I made my first six cups in a Cuisinart drip machine, but followed the measurement proportions I had been using for "grocery store" coffee beans. The first cup looked and tasted weak. Then I read the bag of coffee and search coffee to water proportions on the web. The second pot is much better. I over heated the coffee and now that it is cool there are lovely, round, and rich flavors washing over my tongue. I am pleased.
Clean and balanced, I like the chocolate bitterness. I had difficulty smelling the honey and floral note.
Very smooth finish and taste. It is a little on the lighter side so it is great for those afternoon coffees but it left me wanting a little bit more boldness when I woke up. The buttery hints are great but again sometimes I need a little more pick-me-up in the morning. Overall though it is a good coffee with good depth and flavor.
I wasn't sure how I'd like the floral notes, but I love this coffee! It has been delightful. Just like it said on the bag, the floral notes, buttery texture, and chocolate finish were right on the money. I would definitely buy this again!
I liked this coffee better than my first one. This one is darker and richer and I love the hints of chocolate.
Really like this one !
Our office really enjoyed this coffee, great aroma
I like it... not certain if I love it but it's pretty good.
Although I don't typically like blends as much, this was a pretty well balanced and smooth blend.
Well roasted, not bitter and with a fresh aroma. Wonderful for an afternoon coffee because it is not overwhelming.
Loving it. This is my first organic coffee, and it did not disappoint. Light, smooth, delicious. Also wonderfully fragrant--it immediately made my morning better to smell this brewing!
Too strong. I like flavored coffee also, like hazelnut
smooth and slightly sweet. excellent overall.
Overall, I liked this very much. I enjoyed the subtle honey and chocolate notes. I also found it helped to adjust the grind a bit on the fine side. The downside to this coffee was it was a little lighter in body than I prefer, but overall it was very good.
Overall I enjoyed my first coffee sampling fomr Dillanos. I think it might have been too robust of a taste for me. Would prefer something milder in taste.
Really liked this one.
good, but too light of brew for my tastes.
Really balanced, good nutty flavor throughout, it ends with a smokiness that flirts with a burnt flavor. Slightly lighter on the roast and I think it would finish more like a chocolate. Would order again for sure, very good coffee.
A little too "earthy" for our taste. Maybe something darker in the future would be great!
Cesar & Gabriela
Very good coffee!
Excellent body with rich flavor
This coffee is a nice dark roast that is well-balanced.
