This was a very good coffee. The first time I found it a bit weak at my usual 16:1 ratio in the French press, but it was better at 14-15:1. Definitely got some chocolate and stone fruit and then apple-like acidity. Overall the flavors were just a bit more subtle and muted than I would’ve preferred but still very enjoyable.
Not particularly flavorful, more bitter than I prefer.
