The Kenya Kagwanja AB was carefully roasted for you by Evans Brothers Coffee Roasters. Sourced from Kiambu County in Kenya, this Fully Washed coffee was grown between 1,600 and 1,800 meters above sea level. The coffee cherries are hand-sorted before pulping and put into tanks overnight to ferment and break down the remaining mucilage. After fermentation, the coffee is sorted and placed on raised beds to dry for 9-15 days. We love this coffee for its complex acidity and silky body, showcasing a variety of delicate floral notes and plum like sweetness. Perfect as a filter brew or bright espresso.
