A spectacularly-balanced darker roast. Muldly sensitive to extraction technique - immersion pulls deeper chocolate notes, but hides the acidic lemonyness that I'm generally attracted to.

Definitely taste the chocolate, I'm not sure if I get much citrus in it, but definitely my favorite fruity I've had yet.
