The Brazil was carefully roasted for you by Goshen Coffee Company. Grown by small holder producers in the Cerrado and Mogiana regions between 800 - 1,200 meters, this coffee is a perfect example of coffees from Brazil. The cup has smooth and rich notes of honey, chocolate, candied nuts and caramel.
Not that into brazils in general - unless you find a real standout one - caramel and nutty roasty always seems to be their primary flavor note
A bit more flavor than the last Brazil roast but not much body nor complexity. It did not hold it's flavor while cooling.
We have learned that Brazil beans do not deliver the flavor, body, or complexity we look for in coffee.
Could not extract enough flavor notes, felt watered down.
Perfectly nutty with earthy and chocolate notes.
Liked the caramel base but the nuts seemed to give it more of a... flaky taste.
Really like this one.
The taste is very solid. The slight caramel flavor is intriguing. I think I would prefer a slightly lighter roast.
Smooth, drinkable, mellow. A solid coffee to wake up to.
Excellent coffee with rich nutty caramel notes.
I am struggling through this one out of the sheer need for coffee in the morning.
Very weak coffee and blah taste
The coffee was just bad. The flavor was flat. The beans smelled stale. I’m very unhappy with this bag.
Very regular without distinct characteristics. Maybe I've had too many bold / full-bodied coffees in a row? Flavors taste muted.
