This is the Mexico Altura brought to you by Goshen Coffee Company. This fully washed coffee was grown by the small holder producers in the Chiapas, Oaxaca region of Mexico between 900 - 1,000 meters above sea level. The cup has a round body with notes of salted caramel and toasted walnuts with a balanced finish.
Always seem to like this roasters coffee. Could have a little to do with the bag design, but they back that up with very tasty coffee on the inside!

by far this coffee is one of the best we've had. Such a unique taste. So freaking smooth too.
Mellow and delightful!
Too light for me.
Entire Staff enjoyed this selection!
Flavor balance excellent!
No bitterness, smooth to the finish!
It was a nice enough coffee. Just a little too bland for my taste.
The Mexico Maya Vinic was much better, and the Houduras Las Capucas was crazy good!
I guess my tastes in coffee run a little bolder than I thought... but I still don't like the overcooked French roast kind of taste though.
Can't wait to see what you come up with next for me! Thanks!
