I was able to get a pretty good cup using an aero press with a metal filter. That way I was able to get more of the chocolate flavors to come out. There was a hint of sweetness, but I’m not sure if I would describe it as cherry. Overall I liked it, a darker roast with some sweetness, but maybe a bit too balanced and playing it safe?

Overall flavor slightly bland, would like more robust flavor. I did like the level of acidity.

One of the best coffees I've had in a while. For starters, it was roasted perfectly. I didn't get any cherry or caramel, but I got subtle hints of dark chocolate. Pairs well with a sweet breakfast. Overall, well balanced, great flavor.
