Excellent cup of espresso! The coffee was smooth and strong, and it created a beautiful foam when I ran it through my espresso machine.

Robust and dark chocolatey. I found a lower temp brew helps keep from over extracting and getting lots of bitter notes.

Excellent espresso. A bit middle of the road in terms of flavor, but definitely solid, especially for milk drinks.

This was an interesting offering. It was a coffee that seemed to want to be two things in one. On one hand it has a richness and on the other it has a brighter side. It had a flavor note in it I wanted to try to keep pulling more of but would be interested in working with this coffee again. Pretty good!
