Description
This is the Modern Blend brought to you by Greenway Coffee Company. Modern combines bright and complex coffees that have been developed in the roast process to highlight sweetness and character. A heavy focus on floral aromatics and clean fruit tones shine through in espresso, cafe beverages, and brewing at home. Right now Modern is a blend of 66% washed Daye Bensa (Sidama, Ethiopia) and 33% dry-ferment washed Esperanza (Antigua, Guatemala).

Not one of my favorite coffees thus far.

I love this as just plain espresso but I don’t think it stands out well in a latte or flat white. Good quality espresso is just doesn’t fit with what I personally like to drink.
