Eric
Good all around flavor, finishes differently than I would have expected in the cup (after French press).

I brewed this with my Aero Press while traveling through South America. It's fantastic. A bit fruity, a bit bright but savory overall.

I could tell this coffee was going to be great as soon as I opened the box and had a smell. Excellent aroma. Very very good cup.

Cody
Love this coffee! Very rich and smooth. Having great luck pulling pretty perfect shots with this one :)

I love the dark fruit flavors in this coffee- plum, black cherry. My preference of coffee notes varies from bright and tart to rich and savory, and this falls into the latter category. The nutty cashew notes make this a well rounded, smooth, savory coffee.

Not my favorite. The Verve coffee actually ended up being a lot more of my taste and definitely few on me. Even with the chocolatey and nutty flavors, this one wasn't as bold to my tastebuds.

This is an interesting one. At first I thought it was kind of a run of the mill, old school roast (like, really old school, ala 1970s), but the second time around I found it more interestng. Definitely a very traditional flavor, but with a little more sweetness and some fruitiness on there too. I'm using our Behmor Brazen and have found I need to bump the amount of beans used a bit, using 72 grams per 1.2 liters of water gave the body and fullness I was looking for without getting over the top in any way.

Sam
A great coffee, holding up for pour over and French Press. Press gives a nice, nutty body with some rich fruit flavors, as well. Pourover provided lighter flavors of fruit and cola.

Lorin
Delicious and full-bodied without being overpowering. Brewed in a Chemex is heaven.

Jacob
Made a very nice cold brew as recommended by the Mistobox blog post.

Huckleberry has delivered! This is been my favorite bean in a while. Every cup delivered a juicy dark fruit quality, a fruitiness which I have missed in the past several brews. I hope to see Huckleberry again soon.

I really liked this coffee. A great medium dark roast. Lots of full flavor with some sweetness. Substantial cup of coffee with some nice nutty flavors on the finish.

Andrew
Great coffee! Can really taste a unique, sweet flavor but still has that coffee rich quality to it.

Ursula
I like that this has a slightly deeper, more full body. It works well for french press and cold brew. Yum!

I really liked the first coffee better, I haven't been able to brew the new one as a pour over I only have a ninja coffee bar brewer, but am going to invest in another type so I can try pour over. I liked it in the ninja but couldn't get the full flavor!

I thought this coffee was just average, nothing to exciting. I Brewer it primarily through a v60 hot and iced.

So far so good. I'm bummed I leave for 3 weeks tomorrow. Glad this will be waiting for me when I get back. This is pretty unique and not one I would have typically selected on my own. The flavor notes work perfectly together.

I usually am a big fan of huckleberry roasters and I hoping that I just got a bad batch. This was okay but minimal flavor and a overly smoke flavor left me unimpressed

Steve
Sweet and caramel-y.

Made our first cup of this coffee two days after roasting and the flavors were a bit all over the place. Over the next day or two though, the beans mellowed out and the flavors really began to show themselves with the nuttiness being the most prominent aroma and flavor at first sip evolving to chocolate by the end of the cup. The fruit shows through in the slight acidity, which is just enough to compliment the chocolate notes while not overpowering them.

{ Fragrance - 8/10 } { Aroma - 7/10 } { Brightness - 8/10 } { Flavor - 7/10 } { Overall - 7.5/10 } The brew produces pungent dark fruit aromatics. Light and bright body. Fruit notes are forward and delicious, the cherry (and maybe some date) is prevalent along with the cola which compliment each other really well. Nut notes are advertised but have seemed for the most part absent, however occasionally there have been very subtle undertones of maple on the back end of the taste. Brewed best with V60, but Aeropress was interesting, producing a slightly heavier, sweeter cup.
