I think this one had more potential, but I didn't get to it immediately and didn't notice it wasn't a vacuum sealed bag (just folded over). Was a solid brew even with a bit of age on it.

Not bad but I think my batch was much darker than medium-light. Would have been better as a lighter roast. Packaging was on the cheaper side, no co2 vent.

Great coffee. It reminds me of pipe tobacco or maybe a used pipe. It pairs well with the hint of blueberry on the tongue. Among my favorites so far

Wonderful bright fruit forward flavor and an excellent roast for consistently fine grind for a really nice extraction. This is a top favorite of late for sure.

Very inconsistent bean sizing and roast, many very light and very dark beans. Tried several brew methods with no good results, coffee was just completely off with a sour, acrid flavor and lingering, palate choosing finish. Most likely an off bag but this was the worst bag of specialty coffee I've ever had. I didn't want to leave a bad review but I reached out to Mistobox and received no response.

Decent, but the packaging was kind of poor so it got a little stale. Roast level seemed a little dark for an Ethiopian.

Really enjoying this hot in the brisk morning or iced for those hotter spring days. Nice fruitiness and sweetness without overwhelming acidity. I just wanted to it to be a littler more...punchy?

It had very little of the tasting notes. It tasted like a not bad darker roast.

Very earthy and blueberry forward. Beautiful pour over and great espresso. The earthiness is almost as strong as you’d taste in a beet or something. Great coffee!

This has a flavor that I don't like in coffee. It's a bit sour and kind of earthy. I taste it in maybe 20% of the coffees I get. I have no idea what is the commonality in those coffees. Maybe you can help.
