This is the L'Alba brought to you by Parisi Coffee Roasters. A beautiful blend of organic South American coffees. The mouthfeel is full, rich, buttery, and balanced, with notes of chocolate, caramel, and hazelnut. We think this coffee is best brewed as a French Press to enhance the notes of chocolate and toasted nuts.

The hazelnut notes really come through. One of the better coffees I've had of late.

Brewed in the Ratio 8 coffee maker. 55g beans, medium grind (24/40 - Baratza Encore). 1.2L of water.
