This is probably my least favorite coffee so far. It's not bad, but it's a fairly regular blend to me, without standout flavors. It's drinkable, but I find the flavors blend together in a way that they don't stand out from each other, and it's somewhat bland. Not a bad coffee, but not up to standards.
Delicious and extremely well-balanced. Tasted like honey.
This surprised me. I enjoyed it. Generally I don't prefer African varietals with a black tea tasting notes. This was very good, balanced, good mouth feel, not overly acidic and nuanced.
Good as espresso and Aeropress. Hotter water temp for extraction (204F) and 19g seemed to be best for espresso. Aeropress 17g and 210g water.
Meh is about right. It tasted funky, and not in a good way.
Interesting notes. Brewed with Chemex 200 degree water. Very good if you like black tea.
Well balanced between the acidity and the slightly sweet berry flavor.
Didn't like this one. Overall meh flavor.
Good but not great. Better in an espresso probably - flavors balanced but a bitter tail. A splash of milk helps.
Very solid roast but not the top of my list
Not exactly our taste. Left a bit of a bitter taste. Appreciated trying something new.
wasn't crazy about this one. I had a hard time dialing it in with chemex. Seemed to be a bit too robust with the chemex. Would probably make a great espresso
