The Colombia Aguacate was carefully roasted for you by Ruby Coffee Roasters. This Fully Washed coffee was grown between 1,700 and 2,100 meters above sea level by the Aguacate collective in Nariño, Colombia. This is the eleventh year Ruby has been able to feature this coffee, and it continues to impress with stunning clarity, deep sweetness, and the sparkling acidity that we love so much.

More sweet and silky than vibrant. Delicate mouth feel. Flavors enhanced after developing for a week+ in the bag. Nice on pour over.

I love that most of the Ruby coffees I’ve had are very smooth and pair well with everything. This one has fruity notes, especially at the end, but it’s not overpowering. Overall delightful. Brewed flat bottom drip.
