this one is not doing much for me. it's not that it's a bad coffee, it's just that there's nothing too distinct about it.

Really enjoy the forward-facing taste of the honey. Hit in our house. Second try was not as flavorful. Charred taste.

Perfect roast for my Breville espresso maker. Great flavor and excellent roast provided a nice shot for lattes, or just by itself

This was too bitter for me. I tried brewing multiple ways with different amounts and it never tasted nearly as sweet as I expected it to be.

The milk chocolate notes were particularly noticeable. However, a perfect shot was not easily reproducible. I would probably rate this a 5 if I could get those milk chocolate notes every time.

This everything an espresso should be! Very aromatic: smell of chocolate and nuts. This espresso is a very creamy smoot crema layer with smooth flavor profile with noticeable chocolate and light nutty flavor.

This was my first "artisan" or "high-end" coffee not directly from the grocery store and I have been very happy with it! Love the sweetness of the coffee without having to add anything!

This is now my wife's favorite coffee. She enjoys the mouthfeel and weight as much as the balance between chocolate and roast. I was unable to taste due to COVID taking taste and smell from me temporarily, but it felt good to drink :)

I have made this my standard espresso blend. It has a great crema (which I know is not popular these days, but my wife and I love it). It's sweet, and is very forgiving with over- and under extraction.

Stronger than I would typically enjoy - maybe a bit on the bitter side.

Pretty good, but not consistent in the taste. A higher dose may have helped. I run 18.5g normally, but 20g+ (as used in my final shot with this bag) yielded more taste. Makes a beautiful shot, but taste not so robust.

Loved the syrupy aspect, didn’t taste honey. Had a slightly higher acidity than I like. Still a very tasty coffee and great with milk.
