A lot of sweetness and cocoa flavor. Some additional notes of peanut or almond. Nice body and good aroma. The only knock ion this one is I noticed a lot of defect beans - probably 10+ in this bag.

I like that I can drink this coffee throughout the day. It’s light and balanced.

Main tasting notes to me were a subtle milk chocolate. Had a hard time brewing it to get optimal flavor, and ended up settling for using it for cold brew. It wasn’t bad, but the flavors were a bit too mild for me.

Great coffee to make espresso, you can actually taste chocolate. Good roast, dry beans (not oily).

The Three Pillars Blend is very balanced, however the coffee did not taste very fresh. I live in Sacramento, so I've tasted Temple Coffee often. I used a drip and Aero Press for brewing. The chocolate taste went well with some half/half. I recommend this coffee for those looking for a balanced coffee with any brew method and/or time of day.

Good baseline coffee. I enjoy the taste but find myself wanting more fruit or bright flavors. To frame my ideal cup - I loved Ethiopian coffee from 10 or so years ago. The best roasts I’ve had lately seem to be from Central America.

A bit underwhelming if you're looking for chocolate and sweeter flavors...this maybe good for someone who is looking for a slightly neutral and or tobacco tones.

I moved to a new espresso machine, the La Pavoni lever machine. So i had to use a lot to try to get it right. I had to make it so fine that i kept getting more of a bitter flavor. I didnt hate it but i think i gave it an unfair experience as I was in wild testing mode.

It was well balanced, citrusy for sure but mellow notes of chocolate could not appreciate. Good pairing with milk, in my opinion I think it enhances it.

Pretty good. Just wanted a little more depth and body. Brewed pour over method at 16g per cup.

Very good cup this morning, thank you. I love the flavor profile of this coffee, but would like to try a darker roast. I'm still working on grind size to see if it changes the notes I get.

I made a French Press and a pour over as I typically do but there didn’t seem to be much flavor in the coffee.

A good example of an "everyday" coffee--respectable but not stellar. I found that it tasted a little like brown paper.

Fantastic. Love this toaster and their standard blend never fails to taste delicious. Tasting notes are on point, you can smell the brown sugar the moment you open the bag!

A very smooth cup of coffee, not bitter at all. It tastes very good with a bit of vanilla syrup and a splash of cream, however, I don’t get notes of chocolate or caramel. It’s pleasant but ultimately forgettable.

Tasty and I liked the initial aroma and roast. However, it quickly hits you with bitter cocoa flavors that are a bit overwhelming and wash out everything else. I tried pour over, aeropress, and french press with varying grinds and water temps but that overwhelming bitter aftertaste remained everywhere.

The coffee was fine but not what I asked for. I noted that my preference was single origin light roasted coffee. This is a medium blend. I’m disappointed that my first shipment was not what I was looking for.

Really enjoying this one. Great job!! It’s smooth in the French press and it doesn’t have a weird burnt aftertaste like a lot of coffees.

Better than S.O. Blend, not as enjoyable as Epiphany. A more heterogeneous blend of appearance of beans. I could detect a very slight Smokey or wet cardboard flavor, slight citrus (?lemon) though not overly acidic, and perhaps a slight chocolate aftertaste. I used standard French press technique with varying grind sizes, as well as Kalita Wave pour over per directions on bag. Willing to experiment some more with next bag but really want to avoid Smokey.
