The Haiti Savan Zombi was carefully roasted for you by Topeca Coffee Roasters. This Fully Washed coffee was sourced from Savan Zombi in Haiti and was produced by the APIAB at 1,100 meters. In their hay-day, Haiti exported hundreds of containers of coffee a year. But due to a combination of economic, social, and environmental struggles over the last century, this number has dwindled to only a handful of containers exported each year, making this coffee a rare treat! We are loving this coffee for its balanced flavor notes of red apple, almond, and brown sugar making it the perfect option for your fall collection.

This one got good right as I ran out. There was a sweetness that was a bit overbearing at first, but as it aged it mellowed out and became a really nice, well balanced but interesting cup of coffee.
