This is a decent coffee. It is smooth and definitely carries the chocolate and a slight fruit note; however it is more of a milk chocolate flavor which over powers the fruit. I would describe as a coffee flavored hot chocolate. That said it is on the sweeter side for me. I prefer darker and more full-bodied roasts.

My first attempts with this coffee weren't great. I started with 19g roughly 5 days post roast. The espresso wasn't sweet and was slightly astringent. After another week of aging and increasing the dose to 20g, the espresso was much more enjoyable. It finally has some sweetness to balance the acidity, and there was virtually no astringency. The resulting cappuccino was much better as well.

Very smooth, not bitter at all. Could taste some of the fruit but not in such a way that it was fruity if you know what I mean! We liked it.

We really liked this coffee. It has some unique, but subtle tastes that set it apart from some of the other coffees we have tried. Definitely one of our favorites so far. We also like that it is certified organic.

I think this one is one of my favorites! Makes a great pour over cup with both milk chocolate flavors as well as slight fig-like flavor. You can also make an espresso with it which highlights the fruit flavors even more. To me, this is a really great medium roast coffee as it combines both fruit flavors of light roast while still having some chocolate character of darker roasts.

Best one we've had yet! Definitely to our tastes - love the smoothness of this coffee. Smells almost like caramel! Would love more like this.

I really like this one. Usually I get darker roasts but went with this medium to try something a little different. The flavor on this coffee is really good. I would consider reordering this again.

The dried fruit and sweetness of the beans definitely comes through on the nose. Well-balanced, but flavors lean more toward the fruit vs. the chocolate.

Muted tasting notes. Not as bright as I would've liked. Tried mostly as lungo espresso. Had some chocolate notes, but the dried fruit sweetness did not come through.
