Loved how this one was balanced. Tasted delicious in both french press & chemex, and didn't need much milk.

Smells amazing, but doesn't hold up to milk as well in espresso. May be better as a pour over.

This is a nice coffee. It's a little bit darker than ones I've had in the past, so I'd say a medium roast. I can task the chocolate notes, and a little bit of roastiness. Can't go wrong with this one, though

Meh. It tastes nice and fresh. I do taste mandarine and milk chocolate which I enjoy, but this coffee is too light for me.

Sightglass is one of my absolute favorite roasters and I was so excited to see it show up as an option! Blueboon was great, of course. Easy drinking every-morning coffee.

Didn't love the first time I tried but then tweaked the brewing with an aeropress and enjoyed what I got. Milk chocolate came through and was nicely balanced withe the subtle citrus.
