This is the Colombia Bubble Gum brought to you by Dawson Taylor Coffee Roasters. Named for the unique and fruity qualities this coffee expresses, Colombia Bubble Gum has us thinking of strawberry, raspberry, kiwi, and watermelon to name a few vibrant fruits. This microlot coffee is produced by the Restrepo Family on their farm called El Jardin. El Jardin is run by Juan Felipe who has become a processing specialist and creating lovely limited oxygen processing techniques with unique flavors. This sealed environment produces distinctive acids and loads of flavor.

I cannot taste anything else because it is so sour.
Stayed a bit acidic for me in a v60 even after three weeks or so, but otherwise, really great cup.
I liked this coffee. Nothing stuck out or really popped for me. But I enjoyed it as a whole.

Fun experimentally processed Colombian offering & delightful light roast. Huge bang for your buck- is on par w/pricey experimental beans (ie Manhattan Roasters, et al) that are 3 to 4 times more. Typically not a fan of this bean varietal or single origin otherwise!
