This is the Ethiopia Meaza brought to you by Coava Coffee Roasters. This Fully Washed coffee was produced by the Kochere Cooperative in the Kochere District, Gedeo Zone of Ethiopia, grown between 1,800 and 2,100 meters above sea level. In the cup, look for notes of candied citrus, honeydew, and hibiscus tea.
Something was wrong with these beans. Typically I use my Baratza Encore grinder to grind for pour over brewing. My grinder struggled to gind these beans at all and when it did, the grinds were too variable and mostly too large to use. The grinder is fine (I confirmed it with two other bags of bean that I had on hand).
