This is the Organic Ethiopia Worka Chelbessa Yirgacheffe brought to you by Sightglass Coffee. This Fully Washed coffee was sourced from the growing region of Yirgacheffe in Ethiopia and was produced by the Worka Chelbessa station. This washing station is owned by Negusse Debela and services 486 small farmers in the Gedeb area of Yirgacheffe. This coffee is known for its dense floral bouquet, juicy acidity, and rich mouthfeel.

Very distinct flavor, not my favorite. The best thing about this coffee is how smooth it is. If you like the very distinct flavor that it has then it could potentially to be a 4 or 5, depending on your personal preference.

Not the best, but still great option for everyday morning cup of coffee. Very light and balanced, which I prefer for my everyday coffee. Floral, light and bright, with milk chocolate endnotes. Might not be super fruity, but there are some peachy, blueberry notes. The mouthfeel is very light, almost like tea. Make sure to warm your equipment before pouring because this made a huge difference in the taste. I enjoyed this coffee, after 9 days ~ 2 weeks after roasting.

It seems like the beans were past prime. Little flavor. Very dry grind

Just can't get rid of that bitterness no matter how coarse you grind using 1z zp6 special. Taste note is useless cause the aroma is not there and that unpleasant bitterness takes places. Should check coffee bean quality before roasting.

Too bright and light for me. Not bad, but didn't seem to have much body.

Didn't get much fruit or aroma off this. Much more just an OK good quality coffee with nothing much that made me love it.

Just the right amount of acidity. Tasted more like elderflower than peach. Overall, a really enjoyable cup of coffee!

Great mouth feel , right acidity with and without creamer, easy to dial in,
I did not get dreaded bitter sours like i did with previous different coffee, and could taste fruity notes with added extended pre-infusion. 1:1. 1:1.5 both good.
