Description
The Ethiopia Worka Sakaro Wuri Station was carefully roasted for you by Evans Brothers Coffee Roasters. This coffee comes from the Wuri Washing Station in Worka-Sakaro, one of 16 villages that make up the Gedeb district in Ethiopia. Located just south of Yirgacheffe, the Gedeb area is quickly gaining its own reputation for producing some of the most incredible coffees in the world. We taste notes of peach, kiwi, citrus, berries, melon, guava, and citrus blossom in the cup.

Coffees from Ethiopia, which I've enjoyed in that country, are at the top of my list. This is a great example why. It's full bodied, bright, and smooth - perfect for brewing in my Clever Dripper.

This is one of our favorites. It has a mild, smooth flavor. Very enjoyable. The kind of coffee we look for.

Love the brightness of this coffee. Dialed it on my aero press with a double filter. killer. tropical fruit and milk chocolate finish.

Good coffee. Tasted mostly the bergamot. I had one cup with more of the juicy peach - probably could play with my pour over recipe to bring this out more.

Missing the fruit notes but it is a decent Ethiopian flavor.

Swing and a miss on this one. Fruity notes really do not show, it presents as a more traditional medium roast in terms of taste. It also suffers from the typical issues of excessive fines during the grind, but that's an Ethiopia thing, not a roaster thing.
