This is the Ethiopia Yirgacheffe brought to you by Goshen Coffee Company. This Fully Washed coffee was processed at the Kochere Coffee Mill in the Kochere region of Ethiopia and was grown between 1,850 - 1,950 meters above sea level by various smallholder producers in Kochere.
This is one of our favorites coffees we have ever gotten. It’s smooth, delicious, and not at all acidic.

It was good- got better a few days after the bag was opened. Initially was flavorful but could only really pick up the floral nodes. After 2 days of having the bag open the floral aspect died down a little and the coffee became more multi-dimensional/ complex which I enjoyed.
Too watery no matter how I brewed it. Flavors weren’t strong enough. Pretty bland cup of coffee.
