Really nice espresso. Smooth, syrupy, and not overly acidic. Just enough to make it interesting. Enjoyable in milk drinks with a nice chocolate and berry flavors. I dialed in at 202F at a 1:2.1 ratio slightly on the coarser side.

Not bad, a little acidic for our taste. Flavor profile not ideal for black espresso shots. Best suited for americanos or something to help balance the acidity.

This was a favorite. The bright, fruitiness was excellent. I don't think it came out quite as well in espresso, at least on my basic machine, but this is definitely one I'll be ordering more of.

Acidic, can't taste the notes describe. Tried to brew with French Press and Aeropress, using different grind size and water temps -- all taste the same -- flat and acidic.

This would make great cappuccino coffee. I preferred mine like the Italians black espresso. The light flavor threw me off.

I am normally iffy on blends but this one was good. I can taste the cocoa notes. Less so the cherry. Definitely one to try again.

Better as straight espresso. Gets lost a bit in a flat white. Noticeable variation in the roast levels from bean to bean, including multiple quakers to watch out for.

[as espresso] Superb; pleasant, sweet fruitiness. I taste grapefruit, strawberry, and milk chocolate. Little-to-no harshness, fruit-forward, easy drinking. Amazing, especially for a blend. Brandywine knows what they're doing!

Fantastic, excellent frutiness, No harshness, easy drinking. I get grapefruit, strawberry, and chocolate. Aroma is beautifully sweet and fruity. Lives up to the bright, berry note. Brandywine makes some excellent coffee.

Love this coffee! They are working with Chateaux De Wouf, Queens. And this time it was exactly on point. My main problem, that I am looking for a coffee for my parents, which got used “…. lavazza”

Berry forward. Very balanced. One of the best espressos I’ve had. Brewer with an espresso machine (breville barista pro). Works best for straight espresso but I also enjoyed it in lattes and cappuccinos.

This is a consistently good bag that comes in the door. It has a bit of variance bag to bag, sometimes darker sometimes lighter but overall a keeper.
