Coffee Story
Description
This is the Guatemala Ixlama brought to you by Methodical Coffee. This Fully Washed coffee was sourced from the growing region of Huehuetenango in Guatemala at 1,524 - 1,830 meters above sea level. Ixlama is the culmination of work by over 100 family producers in the Guatemalan municipalities of San Pedro Necta and La Libertad in the department of Huehuetenango, a region known for rugged landscapes and high elevation. The crop, consisting of half Bourbon and half Caturra varietals, is shade grown and then sorted and milled at Transcafe’s mill at Caserio Teogal Adea San Martin.
