This is the Colombia La Piramide brought to you by Tandem Coffee Roasters. This Fully Washed coffee was grown between 1,700 and 2,000 meters above sea level by 300 farmers in the Inzá region of Colombia.
Brewed with V60. Definitely tasted red apple notes, good amount of sweetness. Overall, enjoyed coffee.
When hot the coffee is a little bitter and doesn't have the best aftertaste. After it cools a little bit some of the more fruity flavor comes out, but it is very subtle. I prefer stronger flavors.
I was surprised how much I enjoyed this. I've not had great luck with Columbian coffees in the past, but this was very flavorful and smooth.
This has likely been our favorite coffee so far. The bright flavors with the full bodied taste have been easy to brew and pleasant to drink each and every time. It has a lot of the fruit forward flavors which we tend to enjoy.
Really nice coffee with deep honey and molasses tastes.
Really great coffee - I can't always pick up the same notes that the roaster describes, but in this case the suggested notes of red apple and sugar cane were incredibly obvious and delicious.
Looking for something fruitier
Love the acidity, but my wife is almost killed me. We need to lower down the acidity level. And use more seasonal coffee. I mean countries like Rwanda, Burundi,Indonesia, Mexico, Brazil, Honduras.

Really good combo of what my wife likes and me. Totally happy with it! But my favorites are def more fruity.

Smooth and light from the start. I did find the sugar cane and red apple notes and would get this again.
Good, but nothing really interesting or exciting about the flavor profile.
Very acidic aftertaste which overtakes any of the coffee flavor. Not a fan....
We made this coffee freshly ground in a french press making roughly 32oz at a time.
Overall we liked this blend, but I will say it was a tad bit too bitter for my liking. It also seemed to be higher in caffeine then other blends I've had. Sometimes I could not complete a fully cup due to getting overcaffeinated/jittery.
Compared to the Blueboon, this was more bitter and a little too caffeinated.
Flavor was great though and I would drink it again, maybe just using less beans in each press.
Excellent. Best so far. Better than San Sebastian.

This was an amazing coffee! Super sweet and crisp, and when made on the Gold standard on my brewer, just amazing to sip it black. Really enjoyed the juicy sugarcane note and overall a great coffee. Absolutely loved it!
