Maybe I was brewing it wrong, but I just couldn't get any sweetness out of this one. Not bad, but nothing special. Plain.
Tasted like black tea. Smooth. No much else in terms of flavor
Prepared a few times via V60 and a few via AeroPress. Both produced great brews. There's a nice, light sweetness I get and I was surprised how much the tea like notes came out. A new favorite of mine from what I've tried so far.
Wonderful coffee with smooth flavors
Leticia know what they're doing. Also, I got a sticker. A good sticker.
Great coffee for pour over. Bright and full body with berry notes.
fruity tones appreciated
Light and whole bodied, I think I can taste the slightest sweetness from the honey from processing. Not much bitterness, very tasty. At least from pour-over, wasn't getting as much flavor as I'd hoped.
One of my favorites so far... balanced and smooth. Perfect for a Saturday morning!
Probably my favorite coffee of 2020. Light a flavorful.
Glad to have tried the black honey processing, but it wasn't for me. I little too much nuttiness and toffee when brewed in an Aeropress
Excellent smooth taste.
Solid cup!!! Reminds me of a roast I had from Two Brothers. Definitely balanced, the black tea flavor isn't overwhelming. I don't usually love these flavors, but I'm loving this.
Easily in the Top 5 from MistoBox. I wouldn't consider myself to have a refined palate, but Leticia's Honey offers a burst of flavors.
Good complexity in the finish, nice overall aroma. Bold flavor for a light roast with a hint of acidity.
