This cup didn't blow me away the first few times, but once you dial it again, its a really enjoyable cup that has a bright acidity and unique strawberryesque blast. It was a nice fruity coffee that still had respectable body.

Easy to dial in. They weren't kidding about the strawberry jam, a bit over powering for my taste. For such fruit tones, not very acidic or bright. It's certainly very interesting, but not a favorite for me.

Very flowery. That can definitely be an experience on its own, but it'll depend on what you're looking for. It's almost like it's more tea than coffee. I did enjoy it, though, knowing what I was making.

Very smooth. Not overpowering. Only slight berry taste which we liked. Definitely a keeper!

Outstanding! Perfect roast. Perfect berry profile on the nose and in the cup!
