The Old School Tattoo was blended and roasted for you by Goshen Coffee Company. This coffee is a blend of coffees from Costa Rica and Colombia. We think this coffee is extremely well balanced with notes of caramel and citrus.

Flavors are good but not very strong

Very smooth, great aroma. I was able to really dial it in with my V60, the flavors really open up mid cup. I found it to be fairly well balanced and an overall enjoyable cup.

Delicious, rich and bright, easy to dial in the grind.
Good on the first sip but really opens up mid-cup. Still not quite mind-blowing enough to be a 5, but it's a strong 4.
