This is the Skyline Espresso brought to you by Camber Coffee. Camber's approach is always to articulate sweetness, complexity and body and this coffee is a great example of that. Together these coffees produce a brew with crisp fruit character and resonant sweetness. The roast profile is optimized for espresso extraction.
This was my first espresso roast, delicious and chocolatey. I found it hard to dial in a recipe for americanos but it was great for milk drinks. The only thing I didn't like was that the roast was uneven. Some beans were much darker than others, which is why I think it was hard to brew good americanos.
Really enjoyed this both as espresso and as drip
This espresso has a nutty, chocolate nose, followed by a great punch of dark berry fruit, the acidity briefly masking but not overpowering the underlying sweetness that makes the chocolate milky and smooth in the finish.
This is a really nice coffee for espresso. It's really well balanced and sweet. There's no bitterness anywhere. I enjoy this as an Americano or latte/cortado.
Great sweetness, interesting fruit notes
Pulled as espresso. Every shot was great, really nice sweetness, plenty of fruit but balanced acid.
Only tried one cup as pourover, good but definitely designed for espresso.
Good but not quite as flavorful as the others.
Made an excellent espresso. Also good as a drip coffee.
Exactly the taste I'm looking for.
Chocolate, stone fruit, vibrant
Too acidic to really enjoy the notes
Solid everyday coffee- chocolate and some citrus, with a hint of sweetness.
One of my favorites from Misto. Lively roast
Very great clean flavor
Sweet and balanced, very low acidity
i love this
best yet, so smooth, perfect in our espresso machine!
Espresso - fruit forward and complex.
This was good, nothing remarkable to me. A little on the light side.
Excellent and balanced
Had to mix this with another coffee. Didn't like the flavor.
This blend had edges, a little too savory and sharp for my taste.
True to description. Nice medium-light roast. Brew 40g at 253 for 30 sec.
Had an off-tasting twang. This one was a miss.
Just ok. Nothing exciting but a solid espresso. Tea like notes.
I don't know if this is a bad batch, or just really really not what I expected. The coffee is much more darkly roasted than what I had expected. All I really taste from this one is burned toast.
Really good bean. Required a bit more coarse grind than most, but whem dialed in the flavor is rich and generally excellent.
