Description
The Tomorrow Seasonal Project was roasted for you by Ruby Coffee Roasters. This Colombian coffee is from the Tarqui Pequeños project, which Ruby found through Shared Source, both an exporter and importer of coffee. Their work with the Aso-Tarqui coffee group includes funding farmer-to-farmer training and coordinating best practices workshops that focus on coffee quality and environmental health.

A great fall espresso. Sugary, nutty and rich. Notes of praline, chocolate and almond. I prefer the creamery but still a really good espresso
