The Tomorrow Seasonal Project was roasted for you by Ruby Coffee Roasters. Flor De Selva is a project that groups coffees together in the La Coipa district of San Ignacio in Peru. Most of the farms in this area are owned and operated by small families.
Slight fruit flavor, and no bitterness. Very enjoyable. Brewing as espresso.
Tastes a little burnt
I actually received a different seasonal from the one shown. The one I received had hints of red apple, caramel,dried cherry and brownie. I was very hesitant to try it since it wasn't what I had ordered. But, I honestly have to say after trying this coffee it was excellent. I was very pleased, great flavor. You could just subtly pick up the various hints in it.
A great fall espresso. Sugary, nutty and rich. Notes of praline, chocolate and almond. I prefer the creamery but still a really good espresso
