Great light-medium roast that centers on more of the chocolate/caramel profile with the citrus shining through at the finish. Great characteristics for what I would consider a great everyday pour over brew.

Pulled as an espresso according to the recommendation by Onyx on their website - 19g in, 40g out in 25 seconds. Love the flavor profile as straight espresso as well as small/medium size milk based drinks.

4.3 stars. This was really nice. Brewed in a Chemex with 34g of coffee and 500g of water. I liked that there was still some traditional-tasting coffee notes without being either too bitter or too winey/fruity. I could see drinking this in the morning or in the afternoon. I’m a little disappointed in the packaging - the outer box came pretty beat up inside the flimsy envelope which didn’t make it feel like as great an experience as it could have been, since the packaging looked really cool in the photo. Obviously, though, the beans are the most important thing though.

I usually cycle through a few different roasters a month because I like to experiment. However, I've now ordered this about 8 times in a row because it's so good. A consistently rich experience that works beautifully via a V60 Pour-Over and also Immersion Dripper. Citrus? Check. Chocolate? Check. Literally a perfect balance. One of the best coffee's I've ever had.

Very tasty, citrus and chocolate are noticeable on the top. I did a pour over at 28g to 500g, water temp at 185F.

VERY subtle notes, I just was expecting more flavor from Onyx based on their accolades. Wasn't bad, just very basic.

Was super excited to try this since I love Onyx's roasts in general. This one just didn't live up to the hype. Flavors were very muted on this blend.

Very fruity and juicy. I want to keep tasting lighter roasts. Though I kinda am craving dark roast now. This is the first time I have coffee from the onyx coffee lab. I would like to know if there are more available!

Brewed using Harvio v60, french press, and aero press, this is a really delicious coffee. I especially enjoyed the citrus finish. I couldn't really detect any chocolate or candied walnut notes however. Perhaps for the next coffee I'd prefer something with more pronounced chocolate notes.

I was curious how it was going to blend chocolate/citrus/juicy notes all into one and I wasn't impressed. Tastes more like a medium-dark roast with the chocolate flavors overpowering the rest.

Excellent flavor and really smooth. Chocolate and juicy balance is perfect! 7 Seconds on #5 coarseness setting - 2min steep with fine filter aeropress.

Just perfect. Nothing too fancy, medium light roast, chocolate aromatics, a slight tang without anything mouth puckering, no smoke but full bodied. Would drink any day as go to, for both me and my wife (prefer dark and light roasts respectively).

When I first opened the bag I was not impressed, the beans seemed dry and the aroma was not impressive...but once I ground the beans and used my french press, fantastic cup of coffee! The citrus and chocolate is perfectly balanced with the baking spices.

It's a good cup of coffee! The citrus notes and the chocolate notes stick out. It has a good mouthfeel and is very forgiving. My brewing device that I used was a chemex. I did 27grams of coffee to 400 grams of water. I think I need to play with the ratio a bit to get a better cup.

This coffee is good but a bit citrusy for my own personal taste. I was hoping some of the other flavor notes would balance the citrus but it was definitely the standout flavor note. I brewed with a chemex, so I may possibly try a different brew method and grind size to see if the flavor develops differently next time. Review edit: I picked up an Aeropress maker before I finished this bag. Big taste difference. I do believe this coffee had some lemonade notes, but in a good way once I had it through the Aeropress.

This is such a great coffee, might have been one of the few acidic coffees that I have no problems drinking at any time of the day off all methods of brewing.

I liked this in a chemex at higher ratios, but unless I got it just right, ended up a bit sour and somewhat heavy for me. The fruit flavors were there, but a bit covered up by the chocolate.

While this was good, it was much better for me as cold brew, and not as a drip brew coffee. I think I just prefer the richness of dark beans more. It may have been a tad too citrusy for my taste. I much preferred my first bag of coffee to this!

One of the bst coffees I have received. Super smooth with a ton of subtle flavors. Get a smooth chocolate flavor and ends with a nice, fruity acidity. Everything I like in a coffee.

Really well balanced blend as an espresso. Followed Onxy Lab's recommendation of 1:2.1 ratio at 25 sec. Sweet and nutty up front with a nice clean citrus finish.
