I reviewed this earlier, but an updating it after several shots. This is a fine shot for milk drinks (which I do only occasionally). To me, it's a harsh espresso that isn't as balanced as it could be. Strong aftertaste. I could always be my brewing, but this isn't a fav. of mine.

I really liked the sweet and fruity flavors to this coffee! Definitely recommend. I love that the roasters have me instructions on how to brew too

it's an excellent coffee. a great combination of citrusy & chocolatey. (i use it for espresso.)

Pretty solid espresso. Once again, a bit light so it's better as an espresso shot without milk imo. Probably won't order again as I mainly drink cortados and cappucinos.

Unfortunately I'm getting a lot of bitterness and astringency, which are stronger when this coffee is prepared as an espresso. These are toned down in a pour over, with a slight roasty aftertaste. There is a fruity acidity that comes through, though it doesn't balance out the bitterness. My bag had none of the sweeter caramel or sugarcane notes.
EDIT: Waited 12 days post roast as per roaster website instructions, and a hint of sweetness finally peeked through. It's still predominantly bitter, though the astringency has toned down. With a splash of oat milk, the pourover becomes more acid forward.
